The Halloween decorations are so cute. The parking lot looks brand new. I loved the pumpkin spice latte ( Iced). It was so good and honestly it was cheap compared to Dunkin around in the area. The employees were so sweet especially the Hispanic woman taking my order. The other employees got my order ready so fast ! Quick and effective service! The best .

Don’t go here! This place used to be so much better. Now they are always rude took 15 mins to make a hot chocolate the last time I was there. Now today they say their hot chocolate machine is not working. Woman in the front taking orders has a bad attitude. Not going here anymore!

Man, I come here all the time before I got to go to work 5 times a week. I don't usually review because fast food places suck to work at but I've never seen consistent garbage work, I'm not even asking for much.
When you get to the drive thru, the lovely lady talks to you and ask you how you can help her she even says good bye.
The next guy at the window is the embodiment of depression, honestly, that's not why I am upset, I try to say thank you because honestly not enough people say it. I used to work fast food, it isn't fun, it isn't glorifying, and it kills your soul, I get it.
But to be able to throw out a receipt I constantly ask to be thrown out? Or the fact that consistently the donuts are placed upside down so the icing sticks to the bag or throw the receipt inside so it sticks to the donut?
The only reason I still come here is to spend the rest of my points and get free stuff after that I will be late from work if it means not coming here.

Came in to order a hot caramel latte and it tasted like regular coffee no caramel at all. Never again!
Way too much milk in the coffees. Not a good approach. Coffee was cold. This place needs a little bit more passion to succeed.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. This dunkin’ donuts is DISGUSTING and ran by a bunch of people who could care less about their business. Highly recommend going to a different dunkin’ donuts unless you want to walk through piles of trash before entering the door. I can only imagine how filthy it is inside with how much the employees don’t give a ****.
