Menu is completely different when you go online. They don't have half the items that you see online. Very limited menu. Would not go back there. Asked for manager twice, would not come out.

I hate writing this review after being a patron of LaStrada for 30+ years. The 2.5 hours of wasted time for sub par food, sub par service and then the new owner not taking a gift certificate that was presented because it was bought under previous ownership was the icing on the cake. When asked the new owner why he said because “I don’t have to or care to. It’s my choice”. After having many great memories of events here over the years it is so disappointing that this restaurant will fade into oblivion because the new ownership simply doesn’t care. Do better LaStrada. Certainly the BBB will be notified f your poor practices as well.

Oof, I wish I didn’t have to write this review since the food was decent, but of the hundreds of restaurants we’ve been to, this was one of the strangest services of them all. First, the specials told to us were not even close to those told to the table next to us. The service felt drawn out despite the restaurant being relatively empty. The kicker was that, at the end of the meal, I tried to tell the waiter there was gum on the foot of table I had managed to step in. While handing him the check, I began to explain but he turned away within milliseconds, never to be seen again. Sorry to the next customer at that table!

First of all the service was horrible there was one waiter and he poured water all over the table. He made many rude comments under his breath. Ex. “why did they move all the way over there” (as if he didn’t soak the whole table cloth) & “i guess that’s going to waste” (the side vinaigrette salad was disgusting). We also waited 20 minutes to order our food though there was only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant.The food was completely disgusting I never knew you could make Penne Alla Vodka back since it’s such a simple dish… when i tell you it smelt and tasted like stinky dirty feet and it tasted like it was boiled in dirty dishwasher water. Me and my mother had a horrible experience here on her birthday today, waste of 60 bucks. Don’t waste your money on this place

No wonder why on a Friday night at 7pm it's empty. The bread is cold and stale, fried calamari was very fishy. Shrimp were under cooked, still grey. Creme Brule was hard, cold awful tasting. This place always had a line out the door, idk what happened. Won't go back again

Service is terrible, food average, restrooms downstairs need attention. We sat at a table in the back corner of the dining room and were forgotten about - had to get up and ask 3 people including host to get drink refills. Now I remember why it has been over a year since we ate there.

Worst meal and service we every had. Each time we needed something it took over 20 minutes for our waiter to come by. Even went to the hostess stand and asked for them to send someone and they didn't. Will not be going back.

I hosted a Confirmation party. I knew that even though I was the dinner host, my obligations would cause me to be among the last to arrive. The staff at La Strada took note of my request to have pre ordered hot and cold appetizers available for my guests soon after they arrived. The food was wonderful, the service was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend for your next special event.
