We had our daughter's birthday party at the YMCA last weekend (also highly recommended) and they mentioned Paisano's as one of the local eateries to order food from. Well I'm glad they did because it couldn't have been easier!Ordering a few days before (pizza and chicken fingers) took no less than three minutes and all my questions were answered. Granted, I didn't have many questions, but yes, the chicken fingers come with honey mustard on the side.The delivery was on time - which was very important considering the time frame in which the kids were eating at the party.The food was delicious.It was fairly priced.What more can you want? Five stars, highly recommended.As an aside, I always chuckle when reviewers write something along the lines of "usually a huge fan" or "I'm not one to leave bad reviews" and didn't previously take the time to write a positive review. Sharing my positive experience took no more than five minutes. Also, the owner replying to each negative review is also a positive.Anyway, A+ pizzeria in my book.

I'm so disappointed! I ordered Chicken Marsala. As soon as I as I saw the dish, I knew I wouldn't like it. The "Marsala" sauce had almost a white color to it. Upon tasting it, there was absolutely no flavor. Good thing I ordered garlic knots (not the greatest either) and a side of sausage. My main entree was not even edible.

And I asked if they could deliver it to me and was told no that they don’t have a driver or anyone available to bring me a replacement. I said there is no one that works there that would be able to bring me my food and then the manager said no. I said that’s not good for business that you aren’t taking responsibility for the situation at hand and he said I can credit you for next time I said my food should be delivered and I should not have to worry about any hair in my food any more. And that I will not be ordering food from them anymore and to be honest I would order from them at least once a week and always would tip them in store nonstop. I am beyond unhappy with the service they have not provided me for this situation.

They make a Drunken Grandma Pizza that is amazing. My son loves it too. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I have never had a more bizarre, disappointing, and unprofessional experience with a restaurant before. I ordered a salad and a family package which included an app, another salad, and lg pizza for delivery by DoorDash. When the order arrived, the pizza was not included. The driver indicated that it was very chaotic at the restaurant and the individual overseeing orders was all over the place. I was instructed to handle the issue via the door dash app and by calling the restaurant. When calling the restaurant, the employee put me on hold briefly and then hung up the call. I called back and the individual apologized profusely for hanging up on me and for not sending the pizza with the order. She fully owned up to the mistake and offered to have the pizza Ubered to my address (about 7 min away) which I appreciated as I was hosting guests. Five minutes later, the individual calls back to say that she’s not having my pizza delivered anymore because suddenly it was the Door Dashers fault….they forgot the pizza…. When earlier she said she forgot to hand it to them… She continued to note that since Door Dash offered me a $7 credit (for future door dash orders, not at this restaurant), they would no longer provide me with a pizza at all! This was a $50 order and the main part of the order- the pizza- was not ever provided. I couldn’t believe how the individual/restaurant went from totally owning the error and trying to make it right to totally blaming the driver. Needless to say this was a first and last for me. We ended up having to order from another restaurant, Theodora's in Wharton, which was a great experience. Again- I am not one to leave negative reviews but could not believe how unprofessionally this was handled.

I was too tired to make something tonight so I decided to take a chance on a pizza place in Randolph. I got Veal Parm because it was only slightly more than chicken. It came with four cutlets and perfectly sauced pasta (not pasta with sauce dumped on it) a salad (you could get soup if you prefer included) and some Italian bread.For an inexpensive meal, I would go here again in a heartbeat. I was very impressed. Thank you Paisano's! I plan to be back soon.

I ordered again since I liked their food the first time and unfortunately their chicken park was awful. The chicken was super thin, not flavorful and rubbery.
I just recently moved to Randolph, i have ordered pizza and have stopped by to get a few slices , I love there sauce and the thin crust. Great service great location! I’m Italian and very picky this for me was excellent pizza .

Very bad experience. We tried to order through phone for pick up. We wanted a half white half meat lovers pizza. The guy first pretended he could not hear then kept asking if we wanted Hawaiian pizza finally he hung up on us. We will not be trying this place again.

Good pizza, bad service. I've gone here regularly for a while (it's on my way home from work), but they often have no pizza ready, or give you attitude about not wanting a slice they just burned. Their website hours aren't when they're really open. If you show up at 11am to pick up pizza, they tell you they're closed and the pizza will be ready at 1130. Never had this at another pizzeria. Final straw was when they took out a new plain pie, I asked for a few slices, he heated it up again (not sure why), burned them, gave them to me and was surprised when I said I didn't want them. No apology, nothing, he was just indignant like I was being weird and then ignored me. Hire better staff because I'm not the first one to have this issue.
