It's not like it used to be ... Ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust.. the pie was smaller then I remembered and they said they were outta bacon. I get it , it was late but still They didn't have many choices to drink either no fountain drinks. IDK how this place stays in business. I know there aren't many pizza huts left. This is the first time I've eaten at one in probably 10 years. It was just something I've been craving. They don't survive customers like they used to anymore, no salad bar like they used to. It's really gone down hill. Looked like they only had 2 people working. Sorry, not going back again. Maybe the one in Totowa is better IDK haven't been there in 20 years. For the pizza and a 2 liter bottle of ice tea came to over $30. This is crazy.

Pizza Hut in Randolph is pretty good. It’s kinda in its own lane over here and some more stores are being built near by. Shanon is pretty cool and helpful in there and is always nice when coming in.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza for my family, and to my shock and disgust, we found a human hair baked into the pizza. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food handling practices.
Not only did this ruin our meal, but it also shows a total lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. When we spend money at a well-known brand like Pizza Hut, the least we expect is safe, clean food — not something that makes us lose our appetite.
So yes, I got a new pizza, but the entire process was frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly very disappointing. Finding hair in food shows a serious hygiene issue, and asking the customer to come back in freezing weather shows a serious customer service issue.
I hope management takes this seriously — this kind of experience is not what anyone expects from Pizza Hut.

Doordashed an order and they forgot the entire order of breadsticks and in each of three orders of twelve wings they only included NINE wings. So instead of 36 wings I got 27. They also included two blue cheeses for three orders of wings. Absolutely ridiculous. Less than 3/4 of the food that was ordered was actually delivered, but they charged for full orders. Absolutely criminal. And the driver let us know that the staff were rude when he picked up. One star is too many. I don't know how the place stays in business with this kind of service.

Picked up personal sizes pizza on Tuesday.. it was delicious and it was piping hot just came out from the oven. Order on the app and it was ready when I got there in 15 mins. Great service.

So old and run down inside. Staff was so slow I ordered 20 minutes before I got there and had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived. It was hot and dirty inside and the bathroom was awful

My party and I had high hopes for the Pizza Hut visit we were sadly disappointed at the overall mediocre expirence. The atmosphere was comparable to a Chuck E. Cheese in 2020 no music, no entertainment no joy. The amount of despair we felt sitting in our sticky booth was comparable to watching 9/11. The service was atrocious as we waited 30 minutes for two pies and only one of them were hot. The taste left in our mouths after the visit was subpar.
