So old and run down inside. Staff was so slow I ordered 20 minutes before I got there and had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived. It was hot and dirty inside and the bathroom was awful

My party and I had high hopes for the Pizza Hut visit we were sadly disappointed at the overall mediocre expirence. The atmosphere was comparable to a Chuck E. Cheese in 2020 no music, no entertainment no joy. The amount of despair we felt sitting in our sticky booth was comparable to watching 9/11. The service was atrocious as we waited 30 minutes for two pies and only one of them were hot. The taste left in our mouths after the visit was subpar.

This place is dying, basically a take-out place now. You can eat in but no table service. A ghost of the old days of Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut had a great deep dish hand tossed pizza years ago and bean counters fest it. Sad. The strip mall is in transition, to what who knows. The Staples just closed down.

Ordered food at 5:50 p.m. yesterday with a delivery time of 7:05 by 8:00 I have been calling them saying where's my food They swear they were keeping it warm and just waiting on a driver food did not arrive until 8:50 p.m. everything wasn't even room temperature it was actually cold me and my co-workers were scared to eat it cuz we did not want to have food poisoning. I reached out to Pizza Hut who still has not contacted me back. At this point they actually do owe a refund and a apology for this unbelievably bad service and food. Three hours for cold unedible food is insane.

4:45pm pickup time scheduled, arrive at 4:45pm, wasn’t “in the oven yet”.. 40+min later, I finally got my order. Not even a thankyou for waiting, no coupon code for next time..nothing.
Never will order here again. They don't a lot proper sauces for their items; then when you ask for extra sauce, they charge you. I put no tip when I used the app to order. Then I show up to pick it up, and they make you view a tip screen again, to which they stare you down, making you feel like you have to tip. I already paid and said no tip! You don't deserve a tip for just doing your job. You deserve a tip for going above and beyond, which you didn't. You didn't even do your job right. You lost a life long customer being greedy. Hope it was worth it.

Not many people arrive only ask at home the service is bad, I went to eat there, there is a lady of color who is the one who receives orders being racist with Hispanics that leaves a lot to say about the pizza chain, I went because they were my favorites from then on I will no longer go because they are no longer my favorites because of that kind of treatment. Not everyone who works there has that kind of treatment that leaves a lot to say for the company

If I could give this place a worse review I would. I order pizza for my family and I the pizza came cold stale and burnt. I called the store right away, I was told I’d get a new pizza sent over. 1 hour passed and no pizza was delivered. The lady I spoke to on the phone kept asking me to repeat my address over and over again. I always used to order from Pizza Hut and this had never happened. Best believe I will not be ordering for this place again.

it was an awful experience from start to finish. we waited forever for our order to the point that we wanted to just leave with out picking it up but we were told there was no manager on site to authorize a refund, they said that we would get free wings for the inconvenience but then did not receive the wings at all, the food was cold yet overcooked somehow, and there were so many other customers in the place waiting to pick up that were stuck in the same experience as us. if I could give the experience 0 stars I would, it was a waste of my money and my time

Arrived at Store to get my order which i did on my móvil for curbside. I got a call to go inside for pick up because they were too busy I went inside the lady aske to complete order on Credit card reader, i told her i already had paid for the order. Abruptly she press Norton on credit card reader for a tip. I question that since had already completed transacción on the móvil app. She started saying i should had read credit card reader instead of asking so many question and threw some change on the counter for me to get. I said excuse me! She turn around and did no say anythimg else. So much for custumer Service! Isaid.
I guess they were too busy to provide good custumer service! 👎🏼

The manager at this location is always very pleasant. The food is great too! We continue to come back time and again and this location never disappoints.

I don't understand why on their website they tell you that it is delivery, I have been waiting for my order for more than two hours, and I called to ask, they told me that they were going to check and send someone but that they couldn't guarantee delivery.
