we ordered a 12ā Veggie Delite on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, and selected three sauces (Peppercorn Ranch, Baja Chipotle, Roasted Garlic Aioli)āall printed on my receipt (Order #02486E50-0F, total $15.22). The sandwich was served completely dry with no sauce at all, and the bread was hard/stale. Quality was so poor we threw the whole sub away. This is not the first issue here (Iāve previously been charged for items that werenāt provided). Iāve requested a full refund through support. I hope management addresses training/QA so orders match receipts and bread isnāt served past its prime. Iāll gladly update this review if the store resolves it.

The ingredients are actually pretty fresh which is rare cause most subway chains have to shoo all the flies away when making your sandwich lol
The only reason why I drive the extra 10 mins to go to this subway instead of the others close to me.

Tables were all dirty. Lady behind the counter just talking on the phone not caring about where the customers sit down to eat. Was rude to customers and made the environment very awkward. Horrible experience.

He toasted my sub even tho I said no toast and I asked for olive oil and vinegar but I only saw vinegar put on it. Maybe if he didn't have that ear peice in he can hear me better place my order. Too bad he won't get a second chance. Edit: turns out the toasted sub with my other choices made the sub tastes good. I recant what I said even tho it's not what I wanted it still tasted good

I make regular visits to this Subway for lunch break from my nearby place of work and I am very impressed by the fast and quality service from all the staff. They always make great subs and get them prepared for you as fast as possible. J and his staff are very friendly/polite btw!
In my honest opinion, this is definitely the best Subway I have ever used on BOTH sides of the pond and i have tried many (SERIOUSLY) on my travels and the majority of them don't know what they're doing or have terrible people skills! ???

The sandwich is alright but the service is horrible. Why provide a curbside pick up option when you do not have the staff to be able to have someone run out orders. This is something I have contacted the corporate office about and it seems like this location is particular is getting worse and worse every week
