I had my daughter's bridal shower in their private room. l would give them 10 stars if l could. The service was exceptional. The owner and his wife were great hosts. The attention to detail made me feel at ease. The food was so delicious. A variety of dishes to choose from and nice size portions. The eggplant carroza appetizer was a favorite. The guests were so pleased with their choices. Thank you for making this special day PERFECT!

Don’t sleep on this great restaurant! The food is delicious - get the eggplant Carroza appetizer, even my husband who doesn’t like eggplant loves it. The service is always great. The party room is AWESOME. Such a great find we will use again. It’s large and updated beautifully. I had my baby shower here and it was lovely.

Went with my S/O for date night we sat outside which was perfect bc it was one of the first nights that it was unbearably hot out. I ordered the pork special and her the steak both were good we also split the fried calamari as an app which was excellent although slightly smaller than what I was expecting. Finally we got the New England Clam Chowder and this was the only nock on the evening as a whole the chowder had more the consistency of soup and more potatoes and celery than anything else. Service was immaculate 10/10 our server were training a new server and i'm confident shell do just fine.

We had a very nice evening. We sat outside. The service was great!! And the menu has a lot of entrees and specials to choose from. Our party of four all got different dinners. We all commented on how delicious they were. The prices are competitive and a huge plus… it’s a BYOB!!

Our table of four guests all loved our meals! The Scrod, beef lasagna and filet mignon were all perfect! Our server was excellent and the ambiance is very nice. Next time when it's cooler out we will sit outside as their patio is very nice and pretty.

Be it for lunch or dinner, a small party or large, they will accommodate you. Their large private party room is beautiful & waiting for your next special occasion. A small group of us attended a birthday luncheon & we had a great time! Reynaldo & Lucy are gracious hosts. The food was very fresh & very delicious. The service was attentive & the atmosphere was welcoming. Since this is a BYOB, we brought a bottle of Prosecco to toast the birthday girl & an ice cream birthday cake from Denville Dairy. Returned to one of our fave spots tonight, and found it was under new management by Renaldo & his wife, Lucy [? spelling] Warm, friendly greeting, and exciting new specials. We both had enormus salads [1/2 left over for tomorrow night] and had the stuffed pork loin special. Chock full of cheese, spinach, and other goodies. Again, enough to have for dinner again tomorrow as well. They were careful about my wife's gluten allergy, and she had no reaction. The free starter was a different twist on bruschetta. Tomato, olive, spices, olive oil on a soft piece of italian bread. Absolutely delicious! They brought out the topping without the bread for my wife to taste.
Way too much food for dessert, but a fantastic anniversary dinner for us. We will return much more often now. BYOB. Don't miss coming here.

We've been fans of CB for a while so that's why we chose it for our Mother's Day meal, party of 9. I made the rez on Open Table and requested the main dining room. I even called the day of as a reminder that we didn't want to be in the banquet room that's off to the side. When we arrived, they couldn't find our rez and we ended up in the banquet room despite there appearing to be tables available in the main dining room. The room was not fully set up with folding tables leaning up against the wall and a portable speaker in the corner. Previous reviews of the new management said everything was as good as it was before the restaurant changed hands. My crabcakes were delicious, however other dishes were not as good or even accurately described on the menu. The octopus was suspect, the rib eye was actually prime rib and the pasta primavera had no veggies besides artichokes and sundried tomatoes. Everything tasted good but not great as expected based on plenty of other dining experiences there. Our main water was friendly but the servers seemed to not know what was going on. One brought food to our table that was not ours, placed it in front of us and then took it away and gave it to another table. Anything we asked them for, they smiled and got the main waiter leaving us to assume they didn't understand what we were saying. We dine out frequently and really liked Corner Bistro in the past. I recognize that holidays are tough on restaurants and that the change of hands may come with some blips in service. I'll go back and give it one more shot but if CB doesn't step it up they may loose some of their regular patrons who expect good food, good service and a cozy atmosphere.

Mother's Day brunch was excellent. The food was delicious, there was an excellent variety of food, and incredible variety of desserts, and it wasn't too noisy. It was a wonderful atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing visit. We will be back, for sure!
