Poor service and inappropriate charge for sauce
The customer service at this Wendy’s is very disappointing.
The employees appear to lack proper training in basic customer service and often treat customers below reasonable expectations.
This matches not only my personal experience but also what many other reviewers have mentioned.
What really upset me, however, was being charged extra for the Ghost Pepper sauce. Charging for sauce already feels unreasonable, but what makes the situation worse is that this charge seemed unofficial and outside of standard policy.
I was asked to pay cash for the sauce, which raises serious concerns about transparency and legality. If it’s not properly registered in their system, this practice is wrong and unacceptable.
Overall, this location needs better customer service training and clearer, consistent policies.
Until then, I would not recommend this store.

I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I received just a bag with food and no drink when I got to the window. I waited at the window to get my drink, and then while the girl gave me my drink she reached into my bag and grabbed the fries she accidentally put in there. That is vile and disgusting. Oh and Wendy’s app has zero place to report any issues.

Went to this place bad service, told the lady I will be back and get the money in my car, came back and the lady with the glasses put my money in the tip jar, all of them were talking in Spanish which I understood all of them were saying negative comments to mee and the lady who was very rude to meee

So I just went to wendys and ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and a large coke , I got to the window to pay and I wanted to add a plain cheesburger for my grandson , the young lady stated the manager would not allow it I had to go back through the line , so long wendy's , back to Mcdonalds .

This place had no soda available in both vending machines and no ketchup in their dispensers. It seems that no one is maintaining the dining area, only the drive through. Also had to use the self order machine which is fine but even then only one out of the 2 machines worked.

This location constantly gives me issues when I use coupons on the app. Consistently have to demand for the manager to apply coupons and the after employees give me a hard time. Additionally, I never get a receipt at this location when I get an order. Had the employee at the window tell me I needed to spend $16 for a $3 off of $15.00 order coupon. This was clearly a lie and employees need to be trained better because it’s evident management does not care about quality customer service.

They have a promotion of 2 items for $3 dlls. So you can choose Coffee and sausage and egg biscuit or two biscuits or 2 coffees

Customer service is the worse. I’ve ordered here numerous times due to it being near work and I regret it every time. They always mess up my orders. I ask for a cheese fries and get a potato.. fries missing from combo meals.. spicy sandwich instead of a regular one. I always feel like i’m wasting my money. Worse attitude from some of the workers. Horrible place. wouldn’t recommend.

I went yesterday and ordered in the drive thru with my boyfriend. He got the Krabby Patty meal and i got the boo bag. A couple hours later we start to feel sick. We got food poisoning! I haven’t slept all night because we both have been puking all night. Ill never go back here.
