It’s dominos so I don’t expect it to be some gourmet pizza. I absolutely understood this when ordering but I got pizza that was cut into the craziest slices. One slice was probably as big as two slices and there was one about the size of a pizza toy. The cinnamon bites weren’t even coated in the sugar. It was just a hot mess. For anyone looking for quick dinner I promise there are places that actually care about the way your food comes to your door. Hope this is helpful we’ll def be using a different location or just a different pizza chain in general.

Worst customer service ever from the one in charge of the store , make it even worse Came with the online gift card to pick up my order that I did replace online . One in charge told me can’t entering the gift card number manually . And I did replaced the order already can’t go back I always order online and do the same thing. Never have an issue entering gift card in the store.but the one in charge wanted to give me hard time. not letting me get my order. Not going there any more And more sadly , did another order online put my gift card on the order and want to the same store to pick up my new order , the one in charge (manager) she gives me the old pizza I ordered first time which is cold and old How sadly is that.

This place sucks at Pizza and Customer Service. I didn’t think it was standard to argue w/ a customer about their preference of a pizza they’re eating. I’ve been patient with the staff when I every reason not to! I was told by a manager months ago that when I select “extra sauce” while placing my order on the app I have to call into the store or place the order in person. Why? If employees don’t know how to read orders and follow instructions that’s not my problem. Many times I’ve received pizzas that was just cheese and dough and that’s why I have to request “extra sauce” just for a normal amount. It’s Awful. I was charged for extra toppings many times and NEVER receive it. One time they even dumped sauce on top of my pizza after it was already baked when I brought it to their attention they asked if I was satisfied. I was having a hard day that day so I left the store in tears instead of arguing. I’ll post a picture of that below! I’ve ordered from here out of convenience (in having to walk a few blocks away to reiterate my order verbally) but I’m not giving them my hard earned money any longer. They basically rob people of their money.

don't know why the reviews are so bad, I pick up from here often and they always have the food ready in 15 mins, inside of store is clean and I've never had an issue with anything. If you know Dominos, you'll get exactly what you expect lol

Horrible service and the pizza is tasting so salty. I always call by phone to place an order and it was totally fine, now I call and they hang out on me then I call back and another person pick up saying that they only take online orders. TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN GOING TO PLACER ORDER THERE!
I ordered through Uber Eats. Originally they delievered a wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. They were happy to provide a new pizza again. All this was done very smoothly. I believe mistakes can happen and what's important is how you handle it. In this sense, the restaurant did a great job.Pizza was delivered hot and delicious.

I’m giving it a 1 star because I have to ! The worst customer service ever ! I ordered a pizza at 6:42 pm it’s 8:48 pm and I still haven’t received an order. You call the store you’re placed on hold for 20 + mins just to be to an incompetent manager or so called manager “ANGELICA” my order says delivered an hour ago and still NOTHING has been delivered. She had no empathy for anything. No email regarding a delay was ever sent ! The delivery driver appeared at my house with nothing in his bag, whaaaat ?! How does this happen? Where is the organization in this dominoes. I call again and they tell me the food will be there in 5 mins just call the store and say it’s cold so we can refund you ! ? not because the service is despicable!! I’ve never encountered such careless people in my life. Covid really put business in desperate needs because SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL YOU NEED TO BE A MANAGER

Im still waiting for their calls but up to now im never receive calls from them.. dont buy on this store its a
