I’d give zero stars if it was an option. Manager has a terrible attitude and appearance leaves a lot to be desired. But, that’s not my issue. Bought a medium unsweetened ice tea. Walked out and was bumped and it fell. I walked in to see if he could replace it after explaining what happened. His response “if it didn’t happen inside buy a new one” Terrible response. There is a level of professionalism when running a franchise and this manager and his staff do not have it. When I said it’s a bad look for his business he said “oh well not my problem”.

The service here was not good. The employees at this location are rude except the taller dark man with the hat. He was a nice man. The older ladies on the other hand are not that nice when they hand you your food. Screaming orders at multiple customers to get them immediately. Just not a nice warm cozy dunkin’ location. Definitely makes you want take your food and book it to your car. It’s like they want you to leave the store. Food was good though.

I placed an order two weeks ago on a weekend morning and again this afternoon. On the weekend, I ordered a coffee, a donut, and Munchkins through the mobile app. I got my coffee, but I waited over 10 minutes for the donut. When I asked about it, the staff didn’t even bother to check my receipt and just asked what I had ordered. The same thing happened today. I went in before 3 PM, and there were no other customers. There were two women working—one of them made my coffee right away. But the other woman, who had asked me what I ordered last time, took my order and immediately took the next customer’s order. They seemed pretty close. After finishing with the orders, she started making the other customer’s sandwich. I stood there awkwardly, and she kept glancing at me with a look like, “Why are you still standing there?” When I said I was waiting for my donut, she asked again, “What did you order?” In the end, they gave me the wrong item, and I had to exchange it. It was terrible. It’s close to my house, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

The two ladies preparing food and drinks at around 7:40 PM on Friday didn't put bacon on our bacon sandwiches, which is the main and most predominant ingredient, and gave way less coffee when we ordered less ice, I know it's a given, but it was only about 70% full? Terrible service from those two specifically.

Dunkin has always been one of my favorites to go to, ridgefieldpark dunkin has been my safe spot since I was a teenager. They just redid the entire place and it looks amazing! Love all the workers they always make you feel at home.
