Every time the door opens the owners are always smiling and very welcoming. A warm wanted feeling is nice for a customer to feel. Especially these days. The ice cream is ALWAYS fresh. The place is always clean as well.
With the lost of jobs at the Chicago plant Nabisco fired over 600 ppl and closed that plant to move it to Mexico so that they can make their Oreos and many other of their products there.. My question is DQ Blizzard uses Oreos in their ice-creams, so will you continue to use Oreos knowing that this company screws over Americans for cheap labor in Mexico.. I find that horrible. Dairy Queen (Treat) is a great spot with friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The new ownership has brought in new ice cream machines and refrigerators, ensuring a sanitary environment. Kids love the ice cream, including the Blizzards, and the ice cream is very creamy with a lot of flavors available. While they don’t serve hot food, they excel at ice cream and have sufficient parking and wheelchair accessibility. Although there is no indoor seating, the staff is super pleasant and the service is rated 10/10. The owner takes pride in the business and acknowledges the hard work of the staff, creating a positive atmosphere. This location has seen a complete turnaround from previous management, making it worth a visit for a great experience.
