H Mart is closing at 10pm, but the food court is closing at 8pm. If Hmart is opened 'til 10pm, it would be nice to be able have a dinner 'til 9:30pm.

Katsuya - pork katsu was very hard, complete waste, and the hamburger was awful, basically inedible. And why was there thousand island dressing in it with a fried egg and shredded lettuce? They just basically used the salad that comes with the katsu and stuck that in the cheeseburger. Could not eat more than 2 bites. Management needs to address the cooks here.

Tried the new baek jong won place and once i opened the box, i was super disappointed. I ordered the tangsooyuk to go for $17 and as you can see from the pictures only 1/3 of the container is filled despite having a full container of sauce. As for the taste, it tastes like sweet potato which is not terrible. However its not crispy at all and not fully coated. Mainly upset about the amount given
Food quality is getting worse with a strong attitude from the staff.

The BibimBop was good but had too much rice compared to the veggies.

Some of the dishes you pay for taste ok (yeah, not great, just ok) and the price is on the expensive side for what they serve. The last time i ordered, the free kimchi side tasted rancid. It tasted like they added sprite with lysol. I put it in my mouth and immediately spit it out. Hmart, you absolutely CANNOT serve this disgusting subpar kimchi. Gross.
The food came out quickly. There are lots of options, and the portion is generous.
Food is okay but big portions. What irked me was the cashier charging 50 cents for a take out container after we spend $100 on food.
Very convenient if you are hungry and came here to shop. Prices are reasonable and portions are big! Anything you order comes with some sort of side. I’ve been yearning Korean cold noodles for a while now and so glad they have them here!

Rather than rice, I enjoy eating chicken and Jongno hot dogs.
Why?
Why do the people who work here always seem to be in a bad mood? ? Sometimes they answer in an irritated tone, so sometimes... What did I do wrong? Are you dissatisfied with me? It's like that.. If you watch him while eating, the people he works with say hahahaha ?
Multiple selection of food, Chinese Japanese and Korean style. Clean cafeteria.
What happened to this food court? The food was delicious here before covid. Now the food tastes terrible and a rude cashier too!Is this really Jjajangmyeon? It tastes nothing. It was so delicious before Covid, but maybe the owner has changed... .After taking a bite, I politely asked the cashier if she could replace it with fried rice because it was so tasteless. She said that she usually sells dozens of pieces, but my taste buds are weird. Is this what you want to say? They said they would change it, but I thought it wouldn't taste good and I felt bad, so I just didn't eat it and left. Oh, I will never eat here again.
Went here today. Ordered Cheonggukjang. It was the worst I've ever had in US. I've had it in Korea before--it became my favorite dish, but this was a flavorless, mushy, salty mess. My wife (who is a native Korean) ordered Sacheon Jjajangmyeon. It was a spicy, tasteless, goop. So gross. The cashier and manager were rude too. We paid a shopping $30 for both dishes (so much cheaper in Korea), and we felt cheated. We didn't eat much of the dishes, just a couple bites, so we told the cashier that we wanted our money back. Why should I pay for something I hate and am not going to eat.She snapped at my wife and said:1. Nobody has ever returned this meal before, so it must be a problem with your taste.2. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you can just return it.3. Your husband probably doesn't know what Cheonggukjang tastes like (because I'm a white American)I lived in Asia for 15 years lady....The manager came by, scoffed at my wife, and caved in and gave our money back (after ridiculing us in front of everyone).Don't go to this dirty, disgusting cafeteria. The food is bad, the place is dirty, and the staff have a dirty attitude.Crossing my fingers they go out of business soon ???Koreans, don't eat here, just eat at nearby Korean restaurants. The staff's attitude is bad and the food seems to be made by people who don't know anything about Korean food. This is my first time eating Cheonggukjang and Jjajangmyeon, which have no taste or flavor. If possible, I just force myself to eat it, but this is just fake Korean food with salt added. This is the first time I've asked for a refund for food like this. It's not that tasty, so just skip it...
