People should stay away from this brand. I won a 1-year free boba drink ticket back in January and they have not kept their promised sending me the cards I can use to get free boba at their store, despite that I have reached out sending them the winning ticket and confirming my mail address. They lied they had sent the cards to the store where I got the ticket and would send me an email letting me know when I can get to the store to pick it up. No email nothing has ever heard since. Shame on big cheating corp.
Update: after I posted this complaint, they reached out asking me an insulting question ““Can you confirm if you picked up your cards?”. They know very well that no notification was ever sent. If they had sent it, they’d have a record. Asking me this now is just a lazy way to shift responsibility back to the customer — a tactic that’s dishonest and unacceptable.

Great drinks and friendly service, but I couldn’t help but feel bad for the one staff member working the entire shift by herself. She was handling everything—taking orders, making drinks, and managing the rush—all while staying polite and efficient. As someone who works in HR, I know how important proper staffing is for both employee well-being and customer experience. This location gets pretty busy, so having at least two people on shift would make a huge difference in reducing stress and improving service flow. Management should definitely consider this!

Is this location closed? I went there yesterday to get 1+1 with $100 Hmart purchase the promotion but the store was closed and no one was there and the call doesn't go through. Please let me know!

the store is always closed whenever we try to come in, doors locked even though the store hours says it's open. disappointing as this has happened multiple times when we try to come in
I don't know what it is but other gongcha's that I've been to around the area, the boba is soft and chewy, but every time and I go here the boba is hard and tastes way undercooked I was disappointed again because it was almost 9 dollars and I had hard boba this store is in ridgefield

I recently stopped by Gong Cha in Ridgefield, NJ, and I have to say, come if you love Boba!!! The shop was clean, bright, and had a welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and super helpful, even suggesting a few popular drinks when I was indecisive. I ended up trying the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced sweetness and the Boba had just the right amount of chewiness. I appreciated how quickly they prepared my drink, even though the place was fairly busy. If you're looking for a great bubble tea spot with fantastic service, I highly recommend giving Gong Cha in Ridgefield a visit!!
