We live very close to the diner and never tried it, today at morning we decided we wanted to see how it was. It was not bad but not great either, food, service and wait time was just okay. We got seated right away and order after 1 or 2 min, the food took around 20 min to come out and during our whole time there we saw our server only 2 times, when we ordered and when we paid. The food itself was just okay. Will have to try it again during another time to see if we get a different experience.

Screwed up delivery! I ordered a shake along with two meals and dessert. The shake never arrived. I called and was told “yes, it’s still here. We’ll send it out now.” Forty-five minutes later, no shake. I call again. Now I’m told “the driver was there, but no one answered the door.” A lie. I checked the Ring video: no one came to the door a second time. When I asked when I’d get the shake, I was told “well, we were already there two times, but I can give you a credit.” Two times?? Is it my fault the shake was forgotten with the initial delivery? And the second attempt never happened! Forget the credit! I said I want a refund for the shake. Frankly, I’d also like a refund on my $10 tip, but didn’t ask for it.
Good meal. Enjoyed the place. Would definitely be back

I truly love Gotham City diner, the atmosphere mirrors the delicious food along with the great service from the time you enter the diner and the food prices is not putting a dent in your pockets. I consider myself a Diner’head because I prefer a diner over a restaurant any day. GC Diner Waiter/Waitress have a special kind of “let me get to know u while your here service, so that customers can keep coming back to Gotham City diner”.
Kid-friendliness: I’ve taken my grandnephews who was 2 yrs old and 11mths old at the time, and I’ve taken my grandson who is 1 yrs old now. High chairs were available for them; which was a huge plus for me.The 2 yr old now 4 yrs old enjoyed coloring his placemat while waiting for our food and he noticed the mural with Batman; so know when he visits he asks can we go to the Batman diner?

Been here twice and my go to has been chicken gyro and sweet potatoes fries. But their chicken soup has also been my must have. Their truffle fries is definitely been a hit. If you’re into dessert their strawberry cheesecake is a must try.
