II asked the employee if the tonkatsu had pork and was told no. After eating some, I found out it was pork. I can’t eat pork for health reasons, and this could have made me very sick. Giving wrong information about food is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed and won’t trust this place again.

Cashier was very rude, bad service I went to H Mart today and had a terrible experience with a cashier. The cashier was very unfriendly and rude. They didn't make eye contact and seemed annoyed. They just threw my items into the bag without care, and almost broke my eggs. This kind of service is unacceptable. H Mart should train its employees to be polite. My shopping trip was completely ruined by this one person. I am very disappointed.

The spanish female employee in vegetable section(Ridgefield store) is lazy and nasty. I was told that this person only works on weekends. Don't know what this means. This store used to be very nice. No more！!

My family and I went on atrip to the H Mart in Ridgefield New Jersey on Saturday. Of the 4 of us who came on the trip 2 had never been there before. The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables was large the prices were about average for a super markt the quality of the produce was excellent. After I went over to the fish market area. Lots of fresh fresh fish was on display. All the fish was fresh; there was not a fishy scent in the fish market area; I had been told by fisher man that that was a good thing. The freshest fish has no fishy smell. Next I went over to the Kimshee area of the store. I have eaten kimshee only once before. So I was surprised at the many varieties of kimshee for sale at the H Mart. There were also a great variety of prepared Korean side dishes for sale at the H Mart. I have to make another trip to continue to learn about the wide variety of prepared foods and fresh ingredients for cooking Korean food. It was delightful to walk around The HMart. My wife and daughters bought some food. The sea weed was selling at a fair price.
Horribly rude staff who do everything they can to give you the runaround on why their products are defective when seeking a refund. Terrible experience, buyer beware.

We ate at the food court yesterday and we ordered even the cashier is not in the mood, we ignore it maybe she’s having a rough day. We order food and right after we ordered we wanted to pay cash so my husband told me give me the cash. The lady cashier was laughing (she maybe thought we’re paying cash ‘coz we’re illegals?) illegals or not we’re still paying the same what’s her problem? we know alot of spanish people is working there,.. and we might look spanish but we are not spanish, we’re FILIPINOS and WE ARE A “US Citizens” Don’t ever judge the book by it’s cover her laugh is like she’s judging us we have CARDS F.Y.I. My Husband had an “american friend who’s wife is a KOREAN” THEY RECOMMEND SHOPPING at “H-mart” we drive all the way there monthly to buy fruits, veggies,marinated meats and STOCKS but eating at food court for the first time is such a bad experience for us. The Food Is Good, but please Teach your people not to be a Racist we are all immigrant here in United States koreans, filipinos or Spanish learn to respect if she want’s to be a racist tell her to go back to korea there she can do whatever she wants. Thank you!
