Order arrived partially missing items on both of the menus. The restaurant acknowledged the mistake was theirs and voluntarily offered to deliver the missing items. Based on that, I waited over an hour with no follow-up or delivery. I later learned they assumed I was fine because I received a partial refund, but this was never communicated. Had I known, I would not have waited.
I have also dined in person before, and the service at the restaurant was not great then either. Overall, the issue seems to be poor communication and handling of situations when mistakes occur.

The foods (ingredients) is very well prepared and presented. I am a tough critic about bibimbap; I can definitely say that the dish was very exquisite. The bibimbap plate was composed of quality raw strings of beef and fancy herbs. A place to return with friends if you wish to impress them with your local culinary knowledge!

This was much better than I expected! The interior is fancy, service was on point, and the food was stylish but indeed very delicious. Usually I find fancy places you pay for the decorations and services, then the food comes underwhelming. Karden really does balance all three aspects very well. Will for sure be coming back to try more of their offerings.

Great experience! Went there for lunch. Parking was easy. The restaurant had a parking lot, but know that it fills up fast. Food is amazing! Service was great. Staff was courteous and professional. Decor is clean and inviting. Will definitely be visiting again!

I ordered pork cutlet, but the oil might have been used repeatedly for a long time, so instead of having a rich taste, it tasted weired as it cooled down, and I gave up after a few bites. Flies kept flying into the window next to me, and I think I caught about 10 of them. It was so hot outside so the kitchen door might be open to outside, I think the flies came from the kitchen. It was so dirty that I felt I would vomit.

Plenty of parking in a convenient location. Ambience was very nice and tastefully decorated. Waiter was prompt and readily available during first half of dining. assistant waiter/busboy person took over last half. filled water (nicely filtered taste) on a timely manner.
waiter forgot a glass of wine and we had to have it removed from the bill. (minus 1 star)
Food was excellent. Amount of food was generous. Quality was high and fresh. Would have been nice if they brought out extras to replenish the free side dishes.
took a bit longer to collect & pay the bill.
asked more takeout boxes for leftovers and got a strange reaction from the busboy/assistant waiter that we wanted more than 1 item boxed up, even though we offered to just take 1 box and transfer the food ourselves. he was hesitant to box up food, which caused a bit of food wasted.
