The vegetable bibimbap was also great, my only feedback on this was that the banchan came with a pork soup and I am Muslim. In the future, they might want to ask and offer an alternative soup or broth that is vegetarian to pair with the vegetable bibimbap. All together this was truly food that rivals the expensive Korean restaurants of New York. The more reasonable price point doesn't take from the quality of the food whatsoever. It feels very much like the recipes worked on with close attention and the environment reflects it as well. I'd recommend this place for a first date, a special occasion, or to eat a meal that fills your stomach and mind. I found myself excited to try banchan I'd normally overlooked like acorn jelly. My friend had the hot stone bowl bibimbap, and it was his first time trying Korean food—he loved it! I’m definitely going back soon with a larger group of friends to try more items from the menu.
