Love getting my coffee here every morning. The place is open very early for a local shop and the workers are very friendly. You can also grab some delicious pastries if you are feeling them. Overall great cafe and good vibes. Highly recommend this spot !

I placed an order yesterday, through Uber Eats. They Send the food, donuts specific, in bad condition, I ordered just a slice of cake and they charged for a complete cake. The mananger is supposed to fix that issue. Today I received a refund for $5, when I paid $113, I called Paris Baguette to complain about situation and the put me in hold about 30 minutes. t's not good that they sell damaged things that can intoxicate you and damage your health, and charge for a whole cake when I ordered only Slice.

I visited Paris Baguette in Ridgefield and had a wonderful experience. The manager Mayte and Cody were extremely attentive and helpful. They recommended a cake that our family thoroughly enjoyed, and we will definitely be coming back to buy more!
The café has a very welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the people who truly enjoy their work and strive to provide excellent service to their customers. Definitely a place I will return to. Highly recommended!

I stopped by for a quick coffee and pastry and I was going to pay but then I forgot my card and was headed to go get it but this AMAZING AND KIND manager I believe his name was Mikael, he was so sweet and kind to pay for me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. he did not have to do that but he said he was just paying it forward. Great energy really felt taken care of. I went to my car got my wallet and tipped him for such amazing customer service.

I always come to this Paris Baguette and always have an absolutely delightful experience! The bakery's warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods, made for a perfect visit. Both Michael and Juana, are always wonderful employees, always friendly and knowledgeable, and always making excellent recommendations.
The pastries were outstanding, especially the flaky croissants and the light strawberry chiffon cake. The coffee was expertly brewed and definitely love the rainbow cake! Would like to see more selections regarding their pastries but regardless highly recommend!

Very rude customer service. I was in line to place an order and my sister is pregnant so she goes to the bathroom a lot. We asked to use the bathroom and she said she won’t open it until we pay. I don’t recommend anybody to go here. We end up not staying cuz who wants to go to a place where u are treated like u are not human. Date of service 06/23/24 @9:23am
