I think this branch should be closed at all or change management. I eat Pret A Manger for few years, almost daily. But this branch always have not fresh food or misiing bread. There soup toppers never fresh.

Coffee was palatable, but the customer service was atrocious. The employee, who was talking to his coworker a moment before, did not say a word to me the entire transaction. Did not greet me, ask for my order, tell me my total, or say anything when handing me my order. A very distasteful interaction I’ll remember the next time I stop here. A mobile order/check-out kiosk would have made the experience better and my coffee cheaper, I imagine.

Please hire clean people the ladies that work on Friday's are not actually clean. One of them I saw in the bathroom and walked out with not washing hands. Can't imagine that kitchen. The manager needs to talk to those dirty employees 🤢

Hey there! I couldn’t help but notice you’re always running out on mustard and mayo. How do you whip up those delicious sandwiches every day without any condiments? That’s a bit surprising! Let’s stock up! The shame of it all!

I used to order soup here, but for some reason their soup are all broth, too expensive for flavored water

Great lunch spot if you're looking for something quick and healthy to eat. My husband and I got salads. Good portions, spring mix lettuce, everything was fresh, dressing was good. We got plain lattes, good coffee for a chain. The chocolate croissant was heavenly.

$20 is a big ask in the morning for a pre-made juice and egg sandwich when Dunkin and Shake Shack are 100ft away...

Club Pret Members can drive past this location because they don’t honor their own program. As it was explained to me by the very nice counter person, “We are not Pret”. REALLY??? LOL……

“OH, MY GOSH!!” We stopped in here, on our way to SC, from Upstate NY. I got the Chicken&Farro Soup, a Chicken Cesar Salad, and a Strawberry Lemonade and it was ALL, GOOD TO THE LAST DROP and BITE!!! SO GOOD!! THANK YOU for a better alternative to Popeye’s Chicken and the Shake Shack! Yes, it was a little more expensive and there could’ve been a little more soup in the cup but, it was SO GOOD! THANK YOU!

No change for a $50 at 8am. Update, it’s as if Pret to hire the laziest possible people if you step in line the morning and have two people in front of you expect to be in that line for 15 minutes.
