I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, onion, & tomato. It was too good.
Now look my good people we in Jersey. We also at a truck stop service plaza. So prices might be a little high, but this actually was on par with other places I go.

I paid $8.58 or something like that. They had the crinkle cut fries, but I wasn't in the mood.
So I just got the sandwich and nothing else. This place is highly recommended in my opinion. Come check them out.

Definitely not the shake shack experience we're used to. This location was terrible. The burgers were warm, the fries tasted old and had a slight freezer burn taste. The only good thing was the shake we ordered. Service was good and our food was out pretty quickly but it got immediately overshadowed by the terrible food. I ordered a chicken stack, which I have in the past and something about it tasted off. Normally I find it quick delicious but it wasn't the same as it tastes in an actual store.

Went to Shake Shack at Vince Lombardi today. I got some fries they definitely weren’t my favorite and weren’t seasoned but the milkshake I got was delicous!🥤 The workers were nice and polite, and the atmosphere was Okay. There was limited seating in the restraunt and me and my group of 5 had a hard time finding seating.

My first time actually eating a burger at shake shack lol. I usually get their chicken nuggets at other locations. I ordered a double bacon burger with fries around 8:30 at night, it was ready by the time I used the restroom and washed my hands. One of the best if not the best burger I've ever had from a fast food restaurant or chain restaurant

I was very happy to see this way side station with a bunch of different restaurants that I truly would enjoy. We decided to have Shake shack. I have been to plenty of other shake shacks in the Minnesota area, but none out of state. I was surprised at how clean and neat the entire place was. It was so easy to find seating. The tables were extremely clean and had been wiped down. The shake shack food is just as good as it would be in a standalone restaurant. The staff is very friendly and kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious.

The service is unpleasant. They treat the customer as if they were giving them free food. I bought an avocado burger and they sold it to me without any support.
When I came here the avocado double cheeseburger was pretty good. The Shake Shack sauce is also tasty. I like how they have gluten free buns and a touchscreen for quick ordering.

Whoever made this burger shouldn’t be allowed near a kitchen – I seriously doubt they even know how to fry an egg, let alone cook a proper burger. It looked like a burnt cookie smashed between two sad buns. This is not food, it's an insult. Shame on whoever packed this garbage and called it a meal.
And when I brought it back and showed that this thing was unfit for human consumption, the guy had the nerve to talk back with a rude tone, saying: “Don’t speak for everyone. Speak only for yourself. Everyone else would buy it.” Unbelievable. If this is how you treat customers, you don’t deserve to have any.

One of the worst meals I've ever had in my life. The buns were paper thin and tasted like cardboard. The meat was paper thin and tasted like nothing. The milkshake was some sort of chemical strawberry monstrosity that revolted me in my taste buds. If I could give this a -10 I would. upon further reflection I believe this is a metaphor for the decline of western civilization. I went to a Shake shack in New York City in Times Square maybe 10 years ago and it was really good, juicy hamburger, thick tasty shake, amazing french fries. What I got at this road stop was an abomination a sign that capitalism on steroids is ruining America, the world, and the universe. And all you have to do to prove that point is to go to one of these shitty shake shacks
