When you make everybody use a kiosk and nothing works correct on a kiosk. It's a waste of time coming into this restaurant. To listen to your coworkers, talk like they're just out on the corner is appalling. You have to go to the counter and ask for everything. Catch up salt. The only thing they supply for the public is straws, lids and napkins. What a joke! No one says hello. No one welcomes you to come back. It's a joke. It's like you're trying to not interact with the customers at all. Do better Burger King. Don't waste your time. Go right down the road to McDonald's. They are run byl and Indian family and they are fantastic

Food was as expected, drive thru window is too far away from the car window, and the guy working the drive thru window took forever to give me a total, had to lean his whole upper body out of the window and extend his arm just to reach because the poles are set too far away from the building, and he sounded like he was baked out of his mind high on marijuana, and the manager didn't even say hello back when I greeted her. The manager had to remind the drive thru window teller guy to ask me if I needed a few things since he didn't remember himself. Overall, the food was decent and that's what really matters most in the end. 👍

On 2/28/2025 I was at the Burger King Restaurant on Route 47 in Rio Grande, NJ around 9pm Going through the drive window I ordered a schroom with swiss cheese burger, onion rings & a med. root beer. I was quite disappointed at the lack of mushrooms. This sandwich was one of the very best fast food burger with lots of cheese and mushrooms. I as others who have discovered the great balance of flavor and enjoyment pay a higher price for the cheese & schrooms the burger is just another burger by itself, I will return to this location again and go inside to order. If the sandwich lacks mushrooms they will get it back and I will go nextdoor to Taco Bell. Please issue a corp. memo to ALL restaurants to correct this situation asap. Sincerely, EJHughes

Went again on Dec.29.24, took a few minutes for someone to answer the intercome. Then took awhile at the window and when we got our drinks we were told to finally pull around to then seconds alter, get our food. The guy delivering it didnt say anything and seemed Dazed and out of it. We couldnt hear the window cashier hardly. She was very sweet though. We get home to missing food and 2 orders not customized to how it was on the app. I domt mind the BK team but not this nights. They usually have a dream team. I'm sure it was just not a good night tonight.

The service is bad was In drive through given a hard time with my order told to pull over and a red haired girl with red glasses on gave me my order I asked for no mayo there was enough to put on 12 burgers and no onion rings so the order was unbeatable to say the least and the girl was laughing when she gave me the bag like her and the others got a joke out of it how would she like it if somebody did that to her

I recently Move here from Arizona and little but surely I eliminated each Burger King because of the bad food and bad customer service. It is safe to say I will not be coming back to this Burger King. Burger King corporations should really start asking for a high school Diploma just to get hired these people look like morons, And I would pay double just to get a burger that actually looks like the picture on the display. Burger King more like burger losers.
I have not been to Burger King in 30 years always McDonald's for fast food. No more. I had a very good fish sandwich and small fries. The place was immulicate and friendly cashier's.
