First time eating at the Grande Cafe today. Everything was phenomenal. We ordered a Greek salad, Mediterranean wrap and a green lean smoothie. Everything was SUPER fresh and great quality. Will be my new go-to spot for all my breakfast and lunch needs. What a gem

I used to love it here. Bagels are hard and if you buy loose ones, you will have to throw out next day. Don’t waste your money. It’s a shame because I used to stop here almost daily, the workers were nice and food was fresh.

First off, I would like to say this review was deleted. Second I wouldn’t be reposting this if you didn’t give me a breakfast wrap with no egg and just remade it, instead I was told “I put egg on side” told them no it’s not ok and still did it, Never thought I would wait almost a hour for a bacon egg and cheese wrap. On top of that, the wrap didn’t even have eggs in it. Instead of remaking it, the threw the eggs on the side. If you have worked in a restaurant before, you’ll understand how much of a joke it is

I have to say, this is the best place I have been to in awhile, the food was amazing and the service was great! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier. It was busy but the food was brought to me very quickly, and the portions are huge, definitely worth the money. The food tasted amazing! I will be coming back!

I ordered an egg white omelette and ice tea. The omelette was not made with egg whites and when I asked for another I was told no! Then when I asked for my money back, I was given $14.00 but charged $18.67….so ended up paying $4:67 for a small ice tea!!! Talk about a rip off!!! Please do not go here!!! They don’t speak great English and then overcharge customers because they cannot calculate money correctly!!!

First time coming here and last. Girl at the counter was great however service was super slow and very unorganized. Tater tots were ordered and forgotten. Food prices are expensive. We got 3 dishes and was $60 for not a very good meal.

Decent breakfast sandwiches. However my pet peeve is when staff clean tables with the same dirty towel over and over. I watched this happen on three tables. Towels need to be rinsed out with each cleaning. GROSS!

Words cannot describe how good the food is omg. The pork belly was perfectly crispy and the sauce was to die for. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was HUGE. Plus it was so perfectly thin and crispy with the yummiest sauce. It wasn’t really spicy at all but it so good. The refreshers are also super….refreshing lol. Couldn’t think of a better word. The bread is also super fresh and chewy. The best bread I’ve had in a long time. I’m obsessed.
I absolutely love the food here so much, but had a horrible experience with my boyfriend last weekend. The young girl taking our order judged us TWICE for how we ordered. In my experience, I’ve had places give me no ice with cold brew so I specified by saying “can I have a small iced cold brew”. The girl’s tone switched and she made a confused face at me then started talking really slow and sarcastic saying “cold brew… is…. Always… iced…..” I laughed that off and moved on with my order. Before we left, my boyfriend wanted the Berry Blast smoothie with coconut water instead of almond milk. When I went to the counter to order and made that substitution the same young girl laughed at me, rolled her eyes and said “that’s crazy”. I’ve never had experience where the person taking your order judged you or made you feel wrong for asking for what you wanted. Nobody else had to drink the coffee or smoothie!!! Just me & my boyfriend!!! And I know if I wasn’t feeling confident that day, those little comments totally would’ve ruined my appetite from how uncomfortable she made us feel.

Just visited this place. We waited 33 min for a $47 Togo order, then asked for a refund for the coffee order because it would be another 14min wait. We weren’t rude about the request. Just kindly asked for a refund. The young non-black lady practically threw the money in our face and then yelled.” Yeah don’t make That coffee” I just shook my head and walked away.

Stopped here for take out lunch with my husband. He got the hot honey chicken sandwich and I got the grilled chicken cesar salad. The only complaint I have is the salad could have had more leafy pieces, less iceberg..but that’s just my personal liking.
