Needs new management. Ordered 5 meals. They put new girl in the back ALONE. So when she messes up help takes forever. They still didn't fix it. Then while I'm checking my receipt and order they give attitude. And still messed up my order. Bacon qtr pounder missing onions and How- BACON- literally meat and cheese no sauce ... And no one wants the paper straw so stop giving them out. Bring in help that cares about their job. Next time I'll drive to North Cape May.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had – and that’s saying something.
The employees here act like doing their job is a burden, and the attitude is unbelievable. I placed a small mobile order and went to pick it up 20 minutes later, only to see the app claim it was “ready” when nothing had been made.

I walked inside because the drive-thru was packed, and after being told to “wait,” I stood there another 15 minutes with no explanation. Meanwhile, four customers — yes, I counted — walked in, ordered in person, and received their food before me, even though I placed my order long before they did. That’s the only reason I finally spoke up.

When I asked the manager why my food wasn’t ready, he actually called me stupid and said I had to go through the drive-thru to get my food — which makes no sense considering I already paid. So I go to the drive-thru like he demanded, and then he refuses to give me my order because he “didn’t like my attitude.”

So not only is the staff rude, slow, and unprofessional, but the manager is openly disrespectful and will literally withhold paid food out of spite. Completely unacceptable.

If you enjoy being insulted, ignored, and watching people who ordered after you get their food first — then leaving empty-handed — this is the perfect McDonald’s for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration. Corporate really needs to look into that manager.

This McDonald's is the worse! I never go here because it's never a good experience but the one in court house is closed for now and this is the closest one to me. I went today and order a biscuit sandwich get home and it's a mcmuffin! I just dont understand why this place can never get it right and why their food is so grossed compared to other mcdonalds in the area! Never again! I'll make the extra drive to ocean view or wildwood!

Placed a breakfast order through the mobile app, went to pick it up after 11 due to Rio grand traffic and was told my order was not gonna be placed because it was after 11..? Arent you guys in business to make money? How would you turn away a sale, especially when it was placed for the end of breakfast. This was suppose to be my family’s exit breakfast, but I definitely will be the last time we would dine at this location. Not even one bit of consideration for a car full of kids. Then I asked to place an order and was told to drive back around??? Definitely need some new management or training. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
