From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked pretzels greets you. The staff was friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about what they’re doing. Our order was fresh, soft, and perfectly salted.

Their classic pretzels are iconic—crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside—and the dips? Out of this world. The spicy brown mustard and cheddar cheese dip are my personal favorites, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them.

If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out on one of life’s simple joys. Philly Pretzel Factory is hands-down the best place to satisfy your salty cravings!

This is the best pretzel place in this whole area. Friendly staff, great service and consistently good pretzels. Thumbs up for the complimentary hot honey mustard that other stores don't offer. Keep up the good work, gang! We'll keep coming back.

I go every Sunday for my pretzel nuggets. This place is awesome. Never had a problem. Just love going there.

Katelyn was awesome. Extremely busy store over Memorial Day weekend!! We ordered 200 pretzels-store was crazy since there were orders for 400 pretzels just posted the morning before they opened for the day. She tried very hard to keep everyone satisfied. Pretzels were fresh, warm-everyone loved them. Ordered more for today!! (From the lady who picked up the spilled drink)

Experience was wonderful! I needed a bigger order which was coordinated right away even though they were super busy with orders. The manager was extremely nice and made sure that there was a warm welcoming when costumers were walking in.

Ordered 100 pretzels weeks in advance for Saturday morning delivery for party. They cancelled order day of party after estimated delivery time. No call no apologies. Just an automated cancellation message. When trying to call shop to see if we could pick up pretzels instead of delivery - their phone went right to voicemail. Disgrace.

We visited this shopping center to do an escape room and we were going to eat at the pretzel factory afterwards. No sooner than we parked, a rotund woman emerged from the pretzel factory and demanded that we move our car away from the spaces in front of the shop. There were no signs indicating that we could not park there, parking is shared by all tenants in the building which includes several other businesses. We asked her if there was assigned parking and she admitted that there wasn’t, but that this was their busy season. The parking lot was 80% empty and there were zero customers in the pretzel shop. We did move our vehicle so she wouldn’t do anything to it and also informed her that our party of seven would not be dining in her establishment afterwards and she had lost business. Upon telling the manager of the Escape Room, we learned that this woman regularly harasses patrons of the other businesses in the plaza. Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else in the area!

The Rio Grande pretzel factory is a joke. We called the day before to see if we could order pretzels. They tell us not till after two in the afternoon yet as we go in to just try to buy bags of them, not only do they have no pretzels made mind you at 12 in the afternoon. I see somebody loading their car with a box of pretzels before 2 o’clock.

Bad day for Philly pretzels... the poor girl was there by herself and we got the last batch of minis before she actually closed for the rest of the day just after noon! ?? (a lot of disappointed people walked up to that door!)

The store is only open 7 hours a day. Tried going today at 12:20 am. Lights on and employees inside, but sign says closed.
