We visited this shopping center to do an escape room and we were going to eat at the pretzel factory afterwards. No sooner than we parked, a rotund woman emerged from the pretzel factory and demanded that we move our car away from the spaces in front of the shop. There were no signs indicating that we could not park there, parking is shared by all tenants in the building which includes several other businesses. We asked her if there was assigned parking and she admitted that there wasn’t, but that this was their busy season. The parking lot was 80% empty and there were zero customers in the pretzel shop. We did move our vehicle so she wouldn’t do anything to it and also informed her that our party of seven would not be dining in her establishment afterwards and she had lost business. Upon telling the manager of the Escape Room, we learned that this woman regularly harasses patrons of the other businesses in the plaza. Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else in the area!

Bad day for Philly pretzels... the poor girl was there by herself and we got the last batch of minis before she actually closed for the rest of the day just after noon! ?? (a lot of disappointed people walked up to that door!)

We always order pretzels from here for work (HD) they are awesome!!!! Always so polite and this last time they even were walking the boxes to my car before I even got out of the car!!!! The pretzels are always fresh!!!!

My favorite! We always grab the box crowd pleaser for work that comes with mustard - we love the spicy however today they suggested the honey mustard and I don't know why I waited so long to try it! Every employee is so nice and the pretzels are always warm & fresh!

I go there at least once a month to pick up a bag of pretzels for my work employees. Call today and whoever The woman is that they have answering the phone is very rude. Will never go back!
