No public bathrooms and very limited condiments for subs. But the employees were kind.

I feel like every time I go into this location it has the same vibe. The most unwelcoming counter staff at the front. No conversation not even how may I help you. A little more welcoming and friendly counter staff may help this business.

Management is terrible and the only thing they are good at is blaming the poor kids they hire.

Ordered a pick up order and was told 30 mins by some guy and hung up on me , called back to cancel and he told me that it's their estimated time but it will be ready way before that ,wth??? As a former Primos employee for 5 years (wildwood, wildwood crest ) I am shocked at how thick the tomatoes were cut, stale roll , barely any meat (theyre supposed to be weighed) and TONS of onion ..if I were the owner of this franchise I would be pissed so much product is being waisted . When I arrived to pick my sandwich up(in a completely dead store , again 30 mins for one sandwhich?) I was greated by a nice young woman , she's the only reason I gave this place 3 stars . I think the big guys at Primos would be disappointed.

Got a hoagie tray for bday party. Great taste but wish there was roast beef included. It was mostly ham with a few turkies.

Got the Soprano and the Roast Beef. Soprano was bland, barely any turkey and not much cheese, roasted peppers were ice cold, the jarred marinated kind, definitely not the fresh kind, definitely NOT a sandwich I'd get again, I'd give it 2 stars. Hubby got the Roast Beef, he said it was good, a 4 -star, but they don't slice their sandwiches in half, so you have to hold the entire thing.

Just picked up 3 sandwiches ! The Italian was ok, the cheese delux had a stale roll and looked like a child put it together with 3 pieces of cheese & without the requested oil/ vinegar, and the cheese steak was absolutely disgusting with barely any meat, we threw it right in the trash! Will Never return here!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this franchise and will be the last. Same obnoxious individual taking my order and was just as rude as the first time. Very uncourteous when picking up my order also. Your employees need training or you need new employees. Won’t be spending my money there again.
