I ordered at the drive in as I usually do. Have never had anything but excellent service. I placed the order and indicated that I wanted to use my rewards. As I waited in line, I watched as the barista tried to give my drink to the car in front of me. No biggie. I pull up, it’s sitting right next to the window. I ask if she heard me when I said I was using my rewards, she said she can’t use them until she rings me up. Then she walks away. My melting drink still sits. She comes back, I say did the rewards work? She doesn’t answer me, looks down and picks up my drink and hands it to me. No comment. I always tip, frankly this kid was seriously unprofessional and rude.

I so rarely leave reviews and hate being any kind of petty but this Starbucks is the most inconsistent in the area. 1/5 drinks taste right. My biggest gripe is EVERYTIME I ask for light ice for my drinks it’s like they purposely give me 95% ice 5% beverage🥲. Pay $5-$7 bucks for 3 sips of a watered down drink. Picture bc you can see the sticker says light ice and it’s filled to the top with ice lol.

Note the girl today was so sweet but service is also shotty here.

I really enjoy coming here to relax for a bit, but overhearing an employee constantly complaining kind of ruins the moment. I won’t mention a name, but she has a dark blonde ponytail and an accent. Honestly, if you're not happy, maybe it's time to find a new job.

Place is very nice inside and outside. Staff is very aware and polite. Manager top notch. Starbucks is worth it for more reasons than just good drinks.

Parking: When busy may have to park on street but normal weekend busy hours can be tough. Parking on street is free and easy
