It was alright. The music was a beast on the 1st floor. 2nd floor, not so much. It felt like a little bit of a death trap lol one way in and one way out. Not very maneuverable with a thick crowd. Bartenders were cool.
These guys are so funny. They always play the blue oyster bar song when I walk in there in my chaps ready to slap some boys silly. If you're lucky, you'll run into the famous DJ Danny Tenaglia. I swear I saw him here wearing a saddle and he would let people ride him.
I absolutely love this place. This is a very safe queer operated and owned space and the staff is beyond kind. Eddie, Vinny, Jeff, Ray, Alex, Chris and so many more staff members have created a memorable experience. Everyone here is so kind and my boyfriend and I always feel protected by security and staff. My boyfriend and I come almost every weekend, there’s always events whether karaoke or drag shows and bingo there’s always something to do there even on weekdays.
