Do NOT go to this Dunkin. They must still be open simply because of the drive thru convenience and being on a busy road. Even so, I will not be going there anymore. Every time I order donuts, I am given really stale donuts that are hard to the touch. They are so hard that it seems they’ve been out for days! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it happens EVERY TIME. Never again.

Also, they don’t know how to properly make their refreshers. You never know what you’re going to get. It’s a mystery drink when it comes to this Dunkin. Scrolling through the reviews now, and it seems most people feel the same way as of lately.

How do you have a conscience taking someone’s money and knowingly filling up a box of hard donuts that are hard to chew?

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a medium iced coffee with oat milk, and it was clearly not made with oat milk. When I brought it up, the staff checked the drink and said “yes, we have added it”, then mentioned that oat milk looks dark — and that was it. No apology, no effort to remake the drink, no attempt to actually fix the mistake. Just complete indifference. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you won’t correct a wrong order, you shouldn’t be serving customers. I will not be coming back.

Service is lacking. They consistently make order-ahead drinks and leave behind the counter! Guests are standing there waiting forever when drinks are already made, just not put out. Just put them out!

I usually come here after work, and I expect the staff to at least be polite and greet customers. Instead, they don’t say hello, don’t say have a nice day, and often seem rude and uninterested. They also constantly get my order wrong. This location is convenient for me, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. I’ve never experienced a Dunkin’ like this before, and it’s making the Dunkin’ name look really bad. I hope management sees this and considers making some staffing changes.

Not going back because the wait is too long. I ordered a cup of coffee on the app and when I came in 15 min later, they haven’t even started on my order because the drive thru was busy. This happened twice already

This Dunkin’ location in River Edge is consistently reliable. Coffee is hot and flavorful, and the breakfast sandwiches are fresh and made quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru moves fast during busy mornings. The shop is clean and well-maintained, with convenient parking. Great spot for a quick, dependable morning pick-me-up.

I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels in the morning, but to my surprise, they were served on croissants instead. On another visit, I stopped by after picking up my daughter from school to buy donuts. They didn’t have much variety, which I understood, so I asked them to give me a mix of what they had available. They agreed—but when I got home, every single donut was the same chocolate donut.
Horrible service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again coming here.

Me and my mom went to this dunkin and for a blue raspberry coolatta and a strawberry coolatta and both of then had mold and didnt taste right then we went back around the drive through once we noticed and they took like 15 minutes just to get our money back

Terrible service. It was so hot inside with air condition only in the area for the employees. When my friend and I asked the employees at the counter about it, they just ignored us. Money wastefully spent on not so great coffee.

I been to this Dunkin location before I have experienced. Something like this the workers could hardly understand English. When I was trying to speak to worker to order she was very rude and disrespectful. I told in polite voice I can’t really understand you. Second the place always has one worst coffees I ever had. The bacon egg cheese bagel was cold

Unless youre doing drive through dont got here. And even then I still wouldnt. Walked inside to order a coffee, 6 people working, stood at the register for 5 minutes and not a single employee addressed me. 2025 is insane. You can walk into a business ready to buy something and even thats difficult.
