Im upset because when I ordered my hash brows the lady took my $ and she grab my hash brows with her same dirty money gloves and placed them in the oven. I simply told her I don't want them and she had another employee come over with new gloves to make them for me. I think that is completely disgusting and most of all unsanitary.

New spot on the block which replaced a smaller store on the corner.
Good seating and more spacious than the previous one and has a drive-through and few spots for parking.

Would give 5 stars but there are no child seats. I come in 2 days a week with a 3 and a 1 year old.

WORST dunkin' donuts around the area. I beg of you go to any other dunkin. Drinks are ALWAYS WRONG and donuts are legit dripping wet like they just have it sitting in a pool of water. TERRIBLE.

I would like to think the way I was treated has nothing to do with race. I visited this location on 9/13 there were 3 DK employees when I walked in and zero customers. 2 out of the 3 employees noticed me but continued to talk in their language with complete disregard that I was standing there (I was the only customer in the store) A white gentleman came in a few minutes after me and he was helped immediately (all of this while I was standing at the register).. I refuse to spend my money where I won’t be respected! Staff needs customer service training ASAP or a lawsuit will be on the way im sure of it!

UPDATE 6 YEARS LATER: recently I tried to give this business another try as they have new staff moved just a few doors down and now have a drive thru. Needless to say the new reviews on this location are 100% accurate, NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I asked for cream in my latte and the “boy” on the mic took it way too far with saying it made no sense to put cream in a latte because it already had milk. I explained to him I am aware however I would still like cream added because I like for my lattes to be really light and sweet. For whatever reason this morning he wanted to be combative about my request. I told him I would drive to the next DK since he wanted to go back and forth with me about what I wanted he said “ HE DIDN’T CARE” at this point THE HIRING MANAGER NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED for hiring imbeciles

parking can be tight but I was there during peak hours on a weekend...staff is courteous, fast, tables are clean

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, table area is not large but clean, a wheelchair should be ok inside but may want to call first to be sure I honestly was in and out that day

This has to be the worst ran Dunkin in the entire county, maybe state, or even country. Every time I've gone they are incredibly slow or they somehow mess up the simplest of orders. The employees are all rude and have no customer service skills, or understanding of how to do their jobs. The only redeeming quality is this location has a drive thru, but I'll be driving past this location from now on.

I have attempted to post this review several times, but for some reason it is not posting.It is important for people in this community to know what kind of business that are supporting.

I was the only car in the drive thru on Wednesday, June 4th at 5:30 in the evening.
As I rolled up and finished a conversation I was having, in my car with my window closed, I heard a male employee yelling through the intercom. I rolled down my window to hear a belligerent man rudely rush me to order, annoyed that I had made him wait. When I told him I needed time to look at the menu, and that I hadn't gone there to be spoken to that way, he said "F%#k you"! He proceeded to use profanity even after I asked if there was a manager on property; in no way phased by my inquiry. Needless to say, I did not place an order and went on my way. When I circled around the building, both drive-up windows showed that the store was empty, and he was nowhere to be seen. If he could speak to me that way and think nothing of it, what was he capable of doing to my food/drink? I will never buy anything from this establishment. Beware! Take your business, your money and your self-respect to the Human Bean down the block and enjoy your cup of coffee there.

Parking: Plenty of it but unfortunately the lot will never be full because of the horrible service. Management needs to step up.

short answer? food is better than most other dunkin but the service and speed of the line was very bad.long answer? food was really good, but the service was awful. the cashier was very impatient and couldn't understand what i was trying to say even when i made it as clear as i could. eventually she got to understand. it's also very slow moving, on the line for at least 15 minutes and wouldn't be surprised if it was 20. than, it took like 15 minutes for me to get a frozen chocolate and a BEC bagel. if i'm being honest, while the food was good, you could just go the kinderkamack bagels which moves much, much quicker with the line and has much better food. granted the food here is still good. and for the chocolate, human bean offers the same quality if not better for a cheaper price.
