Me and my mom went to this dunkin and for a blue raspberry coolatta and a strawberry coolatta and both of then had mold and didnt taste right then we went back around the drive through once we noticed and they took like 15 minutes just to get our money back

Terrible service. It was so hot inside with air condition only in the area for the employees. When my friend and I asked the employees at the counter about it, they just ignored us. Money wastefully spent on not so great coffee.

I been to this Dunkin location before I have experienced. Something like this the workers could hardly understand English. When I was trying to speak to worker to order she was very rude and disrespectful. I told in polite voice I can’t really understand you. Second the place always has one worst coffees I ever had. The bacon egg cheese bagel was cold

Unless youre doing drive through dont got here. And even then I still wouldnt. Walked inside to order a coffee, 6 people working, stood at the register for 5 minutes and not a single employee addressed me. 2025 is insane. You can walk into a business ready to buy something and even thats difficult.

Standard Dunkin fare, but mobile orders are unreliable and always missing an item. What a bummer since the location is so convenient. You always have to check or go back to the store which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering.

The worst coffee i had from Dunkin Donuts! Their drive thru most of the time sucks. Sometimes it’s the wrong orders and most of the time coffee is the worst! I just had a sip and throw it away. It was that bad. Waste of money..

Awful. Ordered a large latte pickup wt drive thru that tasted like SOAP. It wasn't a subtle taste it literally tasted like they never rinsed their machines. I'm upset because I wasted alot of time to get there and only tasted it when I got back to work. There's no number to call these people either. Terrible location.

Embarrassingly bad.
Over 20 minutes for nothing. Clueless staff, zero urgency. Dunkin’ four minutes away puts this place to shame. Don’t waste your time.

Im upset because when I ordered my hash brows the lady took my $ and she grab my hash brows with her same dirty money gloves and placed them in the oven. I simply told her I don't want them and she had another employee come over with new gloves to make them for me. I think that is completely disgusting and most of all unsanitary.

New spot on the block which replaced a smaller store on the corner.
Good seating and more spacious than the previous one and has a drive-through and few spots for parking.
