I came in to purchase Bavarian creme donuts and I was given vanilla creme instead. They looked different and I questioned the staff twice (with Bhavika and another male employee) and I was assured twice that they were what I wanted. Well, they weren’t. These donuts were not for me and I had to go to another Dunkin to get them. Next time, hear the customer out and don’t be dismissive.

came in to pick up my order, was not ready yet and had to tell the man working that i had placed an order to which he had no idea there was a bunch of online order tickets. he forgot to give me my munchkins and when i asked for them, he said he didn’t have munchkins so i walked to the register and there were a bunch of munchkins… he gave me them and handed them rudely when i pointed them out

This DD franchise is horrible!!!! They are rude. The person who helped me was clueless and did even speak English. The egg and bacon sandwich was good, but the toast was under cooked, even though I specifically asked for it to be toasted will. She did not care and would not care if she had to. Never going back to this DD franchise.

I went to Dunkin' with my kids on a late Saturday morning. I finished placing my order at 10:45 AM and had to wait in a long line. After finally getting my food, I realized one item was missing, and I had to wait until 11:03 AM to receive it. When the staff handed it to me, they did so with such a casual attitude, as if nothing had happened. I gave a slight frown, and the employee shot me a look, almost as if they were angry with me, before walking away. I didn't say anything, but that moment really ruined what should have been a pleasant Saturday morning. It was an experience I never want to go through again.

Today we had very bad experience. It is around 4:08 pm on Sunday March 16,2025. My brother came to pick up the order which placed online. A guy who worked there had nasty look on his face and shaking his head as we own him an explanation to why we order a drink from the store. I used to work for fast food restaurants and we showed the customers respect because Customear service is big part of business. If this workers do-not want to work in this place, then why taking fast food jobs.

Have to give this place one star. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap, and when I pulled it out of the wrapper, a large green booger fell out onto my lap.
The worker was wearing gloves, which means highly unsanitary practices here.

I ordered some sandwiches, coffee, and a dozen donuts. I picked up and came home. I found the donuts are assorted with other kinds, which is not my order. I went back and told the owner or manager, and he made a dozen donuts and gave me back without saying sorry. I opened the donuts box and found 11 donuts, not 12. I told him this was wrong and checked it out. He gave me a dirty look and asked me what's wrong. I told him again that the quantity was wrong. Finally, he added one more donut without saying sorry, of course.
When I came back home, my coffee was cold.
They ruined my breakfast. I don't like their behavior to customer. And I don't like how they treat customer.
I'm not going anymore even though it's in my hometown.

This place is slow, dirty, worn furniture and they can't get an order right and served old food. My hash browns were like little hockey pucks. Prices keep going up and the service sucks. Save your time and money... go somewhere else

Think I’m going to stick with Starbucks. I’ve noticed the workers get annoyed when you try to customize a drink. I requested cream in my latte and the lady told me NO because it was made with milk. I emphasized that I understand that and I would still like to add cream because it changes the taste of the drink. I just don’t get why I have to explain why I want what I want .
I also think it is important for DD to keep up with how their products are trending. Anytime I attempt to try a “viral” customized drink from DD there is so much push back from the staff “we can’t do that” seem like the only thing they are good for is what is exactly on the menu.

If i could give no stars that would be my option. Asked the server if I could get an extra pump of hazelnut because my coffee did not taste anything like it and then she proceeded to bring the bottle of hazelnut syrup from behind the counter as if i couldn't read. Not to mention her associate who was making my food order proceeded to throw it on the counter. What horrible customer service. Too bad corporate never takes action to know that these franchise locations ruin their name by the type of customer service they provide. Maybe this is why people prefere to spend more at starbucks at least their employees will kindly remake a drink if its not satisfactory.
