had a great experience at this jersey mike’s and just wanted to shout out the young girl working that evening, i forgot her name but she seriously deserves a raise!! she was the best, made our sandwiches perfectly, and was so kind and patient the whole time! we asked how she was doing and she told us she had been working over a 10 hour shift that day, and she was still so sweet and helpful!! employees like that make people want to come back, she really stood out!!

Beyond disappointed with the service. I came in an ordered a 17 regular size on Rosemary Parmesan bread. They hand me me sandwich without asking if I would like any additional toppings on it. After they handed it to me, I asked if I could please have lettuce and tomato on it. They took it back and added it. When I went to sit down to eat I realize it is on the wrong bread. I go back to the counter to let them know. They tell me NO you did not ask for rosemary Parmesan bread. I than said yes I did, I said it twice: because that is the only bread I like from here. Then the 3 ladies behind the counter in Spanish say I’m lying and I never asked for that bread. Little did they know I am also speak Spanish. That was beyond rude and disrespectful. Poor service

Work in a nearby office, they have never messed up my order and it is always ready when I come. I need the gluten free bread for health reasons and have never had an issue at this one, great work !

honestly the most uncomfortable experience of my life. He kept making sexual passes at my wife and daughter and they had to leave the store. Never come here.

You can infer from the demeanor and conduct of the employees that they harbor bias toward certain groups. During my visit, the employee preparing my sandwich appeared visibly dismissive, nearly rolling his eyes at me. Before my order was completed, the employee responsible for adding condiments shifted her attention to a white male customer behind me and appeared eager to assist him instead. I had to explicitly ask her to finish my sandwich first. The store was not particularly busy, so there was no legitimate reason to rush or divert attention. At that point, the employee who initiated my order quickly moved to her side in what felt like a protective or defensive manner, which only heightened my discomfort. The entire interaction conveyed a clear sense of racial bias. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and I will not return to or support this establishment again.

Don’t go to this store. Terrible service. I’m pregnant and clearly requested my meat to be warmed up. I even had my coworker ask in person. Staff refused, despite warming meat for other customers right in front of her. Other Jersey Mike’s locations do this without issue, but this store showed zero care or consistency. Won’t be back and will be escalating to corporate.

Very good food but it’s a little EXPENSIVE. Maybe in a region where sandwich shops aren’t common this place can thrive but in NJ why would I pay premium for what is essentially fast food, processed food vibes instead of from a real deli.
