Been going to this location since they opened. It was great years ago and recently seems to be overworking staff and the atmosphere is limited. They need more people here as every time recently when I visit it is alway a long wait and headache. It was once great, let's return that greatness. Sandwiches are amazing!

Not impressed with the lack of customer service and attitude you receive at this location. Very slow service on top of that and unprofessional conversations going on between staff while they take orders. Management / owner should monitor and perhaps retrain staff on professional etiquette.

Worst place to get a sandwich ever!! I always get their veggie wrap and ask for no oil. Of course every time I order my wrap it is DRENCHED in oil. So much that I lifted my wrap up and the oils just came pouring out. The icing on the cake is now the wrap is soggy and all soaked from the oil that you can't even eat it cause all you taste is oil. I'd rather pay more money and go to the deli in town then waste a dime on this shitty excuse of a sandwich shop.

Good Lord has this place declined fast! You have to shop around to find slower and more apathetic service. This is probably owing to the near-constant turnover of staff. It is absolutely unacceptable to REPEATEDLY come in AFTER the promised time to find that they have not even begun to prepare your order. If my kid didn't love these stupid sandwiches, I could drive to the supermarket, buy the ingredients, drive home and make my own sandwich before they get to my order. Food quality is still good, as long as you have an eternity to wait for it.

This place needs to replace their employees and hire someone who doesn't make people feel unwelcome once they walk in. Not only that ,the two women that were there were so rude talking about me in front of me -very condescending and aggressive attitude . I wanted to say something back but I just took my sandwich and left .Felt very uncomfortable. Will never be back here again because of a rude and unprofessional staff .

I went in on October 20th, late night. When I walked into the store, I could feel the two workers women in the front making me feel guilty I ever walked in. I got looks from the employees that says: "Please leave I want to go home." When placing my order, the lady assisting me mumbled her words, making it nearly impossible to understand her. She then looked at her co-worker with the look "Can you believe this person?" right in front of my face. After my order was taken, I told one of the workers to please add the olive oil blend on the side and not on the sandwich. She replied, "Okay, I'll put it in the cup for to-go." Not even 10 second passes by and she puts the olive oil blend onto the sandwich. After this, they go ahead and forget the mayo and bacon on my sandwich, but I just take the sandwich and leave without saying anything. While I empathize with the challenges of working a late shift at a retail location, it doesn't excuse the errors in my order and the unwelcoming atmosphere I felt the whole time I was there. Maybe don't come in to this location late at night, but personally I am never coming back to this Jersey Mike's location. Service 1/5 Food: 1/5 (Missing mayo and bacon from my order) Attached below is the sad #9 Club Supreme with no mayo or bacon.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery online, ordered a #8 Club Sub, and it came with no bacon in it at all. Standard sub on the menu that they probably make 100 times a day, I don't get how that happens. And this is the 2nd time. I let it go the first time, but this time I called to request another sub delivered. The guy on the phone tells me that I have to go to the store, and I HAVE TO BRING THE OLD SUB BACK. Are you gonna sell it to someone else after I touched it? And do you think I'm lying or something? Ridiculous.
