Located in a small strip mall, you'll probably find parking here. There's a good amount of seating inside, if you'd like to enjoy your drink there, but we got ours to go. We were already at the location on a Saturday at around 2:30, but still decided to order via the app so that we could use some of the bubbles for the drink. I had a chestnut milk tea with boba. I could barely taste any chestnut in it, and it was too sweet for me even when picking 30% (there was no 0% option for this drink, which is what I normally would pick).
I'd still come back though because this is the closest KFT location to me, and I like that they have a huge variety of drinks. I just haven't found the right one yet.

Been here three times and they always “run out” of bubbles. I’m beginning to think they just never have any. How does a bubble tea shop NOT have bubbles? Forced me to driver further to the fort lee location to get my bubble tea

Love their tea but both times I’ve come here, they’ve run out of tapioca bubbles & black tea? Seems to be a trend. Imagine going to a bubble tea place and they run out of bubbles and tea. Unfortunate, but the other teas I had were great.

We've been to this location 3 times and all 3 times they ran out of bubbles (tapioca)! On there grand opening day, we thought it was because they had too much business, the 2nd time we tried, we thought it was because we went too late (2pm), and the last time we went at 11AM and they still "ran out" of bubbles.The staff didn't seem to care and just sold us the other extra cost ingredients.Also, typically Kung Fu Tea staff would ask how sweet you want your drink, but not these staff. Like I said, the staff didn't seem to care or know what they were doing.I'm hoping the management will do something about the issues.

This location has the best customer service I ever experienced. I made a mistake when I was making my order which was 100% my fault and the manager didn’t have to help me but she and her employee went above and beyond to very kindly and patiently help me to fix everything. Thank you very amazing talented women, I appreciate your help!
I ordered chestnut slush with bubble tea which was rly good! But I also ordered grapefruit greentea and even though I had the sugar as regular it was rly bitter..
