Order was taken wrong at windows 5 times.Things appeared that were never said by us.We cannot understand order takers and they cannot understand us. Chicken nuggets were tepid and rubbery.Fish sandwiches were cold. Had to go back for sauce nuggets. A total disaster

The place is quite neglected, a lot of staff but the service stagnant with the orders, we saw many dirty tables, poor hygiene of the staff, a staff when handing me a drink as it had spilled out of the glass looked for napkins to clean it but first they cleaned their hands and Then he cleaned the glass (which has an opening on top, if it were one of those that are covered I wouldn't care) I was shocked and didn't say anything.đ

They have removed their drink machine and the staff will not provide any refills. When my 13yr daughter went to ask at the counter for a refill on her soda, the staff member just looked at her like she was crazy and shook her head. For the price you are charging for food now, not offering refills as a new policy seems ridiculous. Burgers were also over salted and chicken nuggets much smaller then usual. Would not return.
