Food was ok. Pork Chop was undercooked. I heard many other guests having issues with their orders: The server seemed overwhelmed. They did sing me happy birthday and the owner came out herself and wished me well. I appreciated that gesture.

My family and I had my sisters birthday dinner at Prime 259. Joanne Maria and Carmine were warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to help make our evening special. See you soon.

Excellent service the food really needs to be improved. The salads are very bland. The rest of the food not memorable. They can do better. The service was outstanding. Our server tried to do his best. But the menu needs to be improved. The place was not busy for a Friday night.

Sadly an empty restaurant. Did was a bit uninspired. Salad was overly vinegary. Filet was an excellent cut, but soaked in a gummy gravy. Servers were nice enough but we felt sorry for them. Another two parties came in at the tail end of our meal. Don't get the feeling this will last, especially in such an awkward location. Sorry.

It was a great experience from the hostess to the waiters, and singer. The food was excellent in both taste and amount. I would recommend this restaurant with the highest recommendation. The environment was very modern and classy. Great place!

The food was very good. The service was excellent. The restaurant is too small to have loud music and singing. The entrainer was very good, but too loud.

Everything was excellent from the appetizers, which we got four different ones, to the entrées! The lugangia sausage and the octopus were the best we have ever eaten! Our waiter was extremely helpful and courteous. We were completely satisfied with our experience.

We requested a table away from the crowd, the host knew it would be cold. Sitting there, within minutes we asked a waiter to be moved, told it would probably not be possible for at least a half hour. The host, in walking by we mentioned our request ,he moved us in 5 minutes. The food experience was odd and disappointing. The bread arrived, later the plate and butter. The same with the appetizer. The main course a tomahawk steak for two arrived barely warm, with not enough mash potatoes for two and of course the spoon to dish out the potatoes arrived long afterwards. After the meal my guest ordered a cappuccino, which you arrived barely warm. As we were leaving the heat finally kicked in even though earlier we had asked the waiter to turn up the thermostat if possible. An underwhelming Valentines Day experience!

We went the day after Valentines' Day and were unaware that the restaurant was offering the Valentines' Day menu only. Two tables got up and left because not only was the menu limited but the rib eye steak was sold out. Probably wasn't the best idea. The service was polite but rushed - not sure what the hurry was because the restaurant was half empty. The food was good. The ahi tune was excellent. The beef carpaccio was good. My wife's veal chop was a little overcooked, she probably should have sent it back. The strip steak was properly cooked. The wine list was surprisingly small, especially for a steak house. They did have some good bottles on the list, but the vintages were missing from all of the entries. The wines by the glass were unexciting. On the positive side, the entertainer had a great voice. We have some great steak houses in the area, so it was probably one and done for this place
