We requested a table away from the crowd, the host knew it would be cold. Sitting there,within minutes we asked a waiter to be moved, told it would probably not be possible for at least a half hour. The host, in walking by we mentioned our request ,he moved us in 5 minutes. The food experience was odd and disappointing. The bread arrived, later the plate and butter. The same with the appetizer. The main course a tomahawk steak for two arrived barely warm, with not enough mash potatoes for two and of course the spoon to dish out the potatoes arrived long afterwards. After the meal my guest ordered a cappuccino, which you arrived barely warm. As we were leaving the heat finally kicked in even though earlier we had asked the waiter to turn up the thermostat if possible. An underwhelming Valentines Day experience!

Prime 259 is a hidden gem! The ambiance is cozy yet refined. Service throughout the evening was attentive and friendly without being overbearing (Jenn). While the focus here should truly be on the food and drinks (Sean), it was exceptional and well worth the price. As we dined we were serenaded by a vocalist dishing out melodies of various genres. The owner and his wife were great hosts, mingling and chatting with all the guests. Overall, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding food by the amazing Freddie Carucci. Just outstanding. From the apps to the steaks and stuffed shrimp with crabmeat to the unbelievable zeppoles with strawberry sauce. Outstanding!!!! No one greeted me when I arrived. I had to find waiters to let them know I had a reservation. Waiters were attentive and professional. Bruschetta was good, wine great, but food was less than optimal.

We started with the Artichoke that was outstanding. The dinners were disappointing. My wife eggplant was reheated mush and the tomato sauce thick, dark, and overheated. My dish was the braciole special with the same tomato sauce. They brought out our dinners while we were halfway through with the artichoke and left them. I felt I was being rushed. The service was spotty. They brought bread but no oil or butter. They filled our water glasses but never came over to see if we needed a refill.
