I am very disappointed with this restaurant and how things are handled by them and their corporate structure.
I was attempting to order pickup through the app, and before I could customize, it literally just placed my order and charged me. I hit the X to try to cancel, and nope. Just charged my card.
I attempted to call the restaurant, TWICE, but there is no option to actually speak to anyone in store- it just hangs up on you.
