Recently, I tried two of the new salads on the menu - the Miso Crunch salad and the Harvest Chopped salad. They are both very good. Both are light with just the right ingredients that provide a balanced flavor profile. My favorite of the two is the Harvest Chopped salad. The Apple Vinaigrette is deeelicious! The Harvest Chopped salad is so tasty, the ingredients all go well together. It is a great summer salad. I've also had their burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and onion rings. I enjoy all of the items I have tried from their menu. Everything has always been fresh and well-prepared. The staff at the River Edge location has always provided good customer service along with good food preparation. On top of all of that, you get your meal promptly when ordering via the mobile app. It's never been more than 10 minutes even when they are busy. It's a great spot that I recommend if you want a quick, tasty, hearty, and fresh meal.

I visit the Riveredge location at least once a week, as I really love their burgers and fries (and they make my fries without salt!).
I find the prices very reasonable and the quality of the burger to be pretty good, but my main concern is with the cleanliness of the establishment.
Please please - assign someone to clean the entire lobby regularly especially the tables. And please have someone clean the bathrooms as well.
During few of my visits, I have found the lobby in bad shape - dirty tables and garbage bins filled to the top.
This is a pretty easy problem to resolve IMO. Otherwise, this is a great spot for all!

Full transparency, this could be a grubhub issue and not the restaurant, but unfortunately I cannot rate on GH.
Ordered a simple meal on grubhub that was supposed to be delivered within 25 mins. After 40 mins go by i check that the driver had not even left the store with my order. An hour and 15 minutes from my order was placed I get a message that my order was delivered; cool, walk down to the door to get it and no food is there.
I contact the driver and come to find out that my order was canceled because there was an issue between the driver and the store so I didn't get my food. Poor communication skills by the store and the grubhub driver and the customer is the one that sufferes.
Food is solid but I will stick to pickup always an issue with delivery.
After a long day I was starving and wanted something quick to eat. Ordered a simple Original Charburger Meal from Uber Eats. When the “supposedly sealed package” arrived i opened my burger and it looked like somebody already took a bite into it. I was very upset and disappointed with this. It’s truly disgusting the fact that someone would ever do this to anyone’s meals. I will definitely tell everybody about this experience to hopefully avoid it too!

What delivery and the fries were very crispy and very warm still. The burger was juicy and had all the toppings I asked for on it. The lemonade was good too, not too sweet or acidic. Look forward to trying out some of the other menu items.

It's been a while since I've visited nj and I wanted to try habit so I figured why not lol I ordered online. I unfortunately got there 20 mins after my order was ready due to the bus🙄 but yeah it was still good. I'll just order when I get there next time so I can really enjoy the food when it's nice & hot.
