Truly awful experiences here. Orders consistently wrong, not to mention they take forever. I waited over 20 minutes today for a basic iced coffee, and this is not the first time.
And not sure why they decided expanding to pizza was a good idea when they can't even figure out coffee?

THE BEST!! I would not go anywhere else for my coffee, treats and more! Also they now have an amazing pizza station! The staff is wonderful too! They are always trying new things and everything is delicious! Tell them the Hurricane sent you!

This place is amazing!! I come all the way from passaic just to sit and have a smoothie . The staff and everyone treats me with so much decency and respect. They're attentive and courteous. I read some of the negative comments down here and I can tell that these people are straight up lying. Bitter people trying to get free stuff from people. Smh...I recommend everyone to come to this place. Best smoothies:)

I really hate to leave negative reviews of places but that doesn't help customers or the business. Multiple times now the coffee we've gotten was weak, watery. Family member likes peppermint as a flavoring but you can barely taste the peppermint or not at all. This has been every single time. And initially the additional appeal of getting the drinks at Human Bean was the lovely topping of the chocolate covered coffee bean. You have to ask for it or its missing altogether. Staff acts like they can't be bothered. Now we just make it a point to go to the Dumont location or make the few feet to the Dunkin.
The coffee here is ny go to every morning and the staff is super kind and friendly at 6am when im waddling my way in.

As the cup states, “Fill up on happiness” and that is exactly what happened as soon as I took my first sip of this frozen coffee beverage.
There was a perfect consistency of chocolate and caramel and was easy to slurp.
As a mini bonus, there is a love seat and a couple comfortable chairs for a lounge experience. If you are here solo and in the mode for a read, you can choose from about a dozen books.
Seating and parking in this location is limited, but it’s definitely worth the trip when you are in need of a caffeinated frozen beverage.
