Terrible customer service. When my delivery driver stole my order on ring camera footage and then blocked my number, I called the restaurant to be argued with that I didn’t order through the website but through DoorDash so there was nothing they would do to send a replacement order that I spent $50 on. I would’ve even come picked it up this time. I explained that when you click “order online” for Arigato directly on Google, that the restaurant website shows you can order online directly on Arigato’s site and then Arigato sends a DoorDash driver. I provided screenshots here and circled to show step by step proof of how you can absolutely order through Arigato’s website and not on DoorDash even though they provide a delivery driver. You can even see the website link is not DoorDash but the restaurant’s online ordering system…
This wasn’t ordered through my DoorDash account and if you look in the screenshot of ordering options you can see DoorDash has its own separate option lower on the list, but I circled the one I used that says “Online Ordering by DoorDash” which is done through Arigato directly first. You see the menu and log in option in the screenshots are separate from DoorDash as well.
So beyond disappointed by the customer service because you guys argued with me that I didn’t order through your website when I did. If you don’t want it to be an option then figure out how to remove it as one. I did not order through my DoorDash account, and you should have made it right by replacing the order for pick up instead of scamming me $50. Never ordering from here again.

Small quaint sushi spot but a hidden gem. Very fresh, clean food. I’m extremely picky when it comes to sushi and the smallest thing will turn me off from coming back, but this place is a solid 10/10. Service was great too.

This is my favorite Japanese place in the area. The owner is incredible and has brought in a great team. The food is fresh and high quality, vibe is welcoming and relaxed. Have popped in for lunch specials by myself and also brought my family (plus kids) for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! Note: their takeout is also top notch
