10+ year customer. Food took 1:20hr to receive and it was cool and soggy. That’s ok things happen. What is unacceptable and disappointing when we called the employees gave us an attitude about it. We had to ask for a credit and then they only gave half ! What happened to the customer is always right. Hopefully this is not a new trend ….

Very disappointed! Been coming to here for a while. Always good food. But tonight was awful. Without too much detail something was found IN our meal that wasn't supposed to be there ...in any restaurant. I drove home trying to not throw up. When brought to management's attention we were offered a 50% discount. At this point we just wanted to leave so we let it go. Considering the situation they should have paid US for not making a bigger deal of it than what it was. The situation was handled poorly by management and i will encourage anyone eating here to check the food for anything little brown thing with legs.

We've been going to Crecco's for over 5 years but after last night I will not be back. It's bad enough that you can call 40 times in a row with a busy signal but the food has become terrible as well. My wife went in person last night around 7pm to place a take out order, being that you can't get through on the phone, and what she brought home was one of the worst things I have ever gotten. What was supposed to be an eggplant parm sandwich ended up being some cold dry old tasting eggplant on a stale piece of bread with about a tablespoon of marinara sauce on it. I think the picture can speak for itself on an absolutely terrible experience.

Came in around 8:30pm with a friend and ordered our food, paid and then sat down. A couple minutes later the person at the counter came over to us to let us know that we can't eat in here and he will pack our stuff to go and that you can't sit after 8pm. It clearly says they close at 10pm and that should have been said before we ordered and paid or we would have went somewhere else. Not to mention their fountain soda tastes like dirty dog water and leaves a putrid taste in your. And the food wasn't even good, cold, hard, undercooked, they just being lazy now.

I ordered from these people on line for a pickup 3 hours later. I show up and the rude manager says "sorry we ran out of food!" Are you serious? I drove 20 minutes in the freezing cold to be told they ran out of food. They could have called or text me and saved me the gas and time. This is the last time I ever come here.
Food is good but getting a constant busy signal any day of the week is a turn off and extremely frustrating.

Really good take out. Salads, apps, sandwiches and pizza are all really good. My only complaint would be they are super busy and sometimes you can't get through on the phone to place an order.

Great healthy food. But they are always crazy busy and you will wait for your food. If you call, it can take 10 minutes before they pick up but I guess that’s because the food is great.
