The person who attended me this morning was not friendly at all. I asked him for a coffee and he gave me the wrong order, then they changed it but they gave it to me without sucar bad service from the one who was at the register this morning.

This is a small storefront location with only three tables but there are power outlets. I was still able to hang out for a bit. From 7:30 am when I arrived an hour and a half later when I left, they were busy busy busy. Not a single break of the flow of customers. I did not spot any customer complaints ("Hey, you got my order wrong!") and the orders were filled swiftly. There is a large parking lot in front. I just read the reviews for the River Vale Dunkin', and I am really surprised. I'm not sure if the management has changed recently, but I give this Dunkin' a 5 start rating without a second thought! I find it to be incredibly clean, and I have always been treated with respect, even when it is really busy. Many of the reviews are from a couple of years ago, so maybe things have changed in that amount of time, but for us, we will actually drive farther to go there.

An worker was shouting profanities at another employee and telling them to shut up while the place was packed and full of young children. That is completely unprofessional and should be handled accordingly.
