i went to this place for the first time with a couple friends because we were very impressed of the interior but it was all shits and giggles when i found out i had to pay 20 dollars for my vitamin water lol! don’t go to this place.

I love Wally's. They have the best deals, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bagels are great.
On a recent visit, a new employee made some rookie mistakes that I brought up to the owner. He addressed the situation right away and more than made up for the only negative experience I've ever had there.
Last week, I ordered ahead to make sure they wouldn't run out of the bagels I wanted, and the person working that morning greeted me with a huge smile and my order all ready to go. He seemed genuinely excited to help me, as the staff always appears to truly enjoy what they do and make customers happy.
Great food and tremendous service make every Wally's location a worthwhile stop.

The bagels are proper with a crispy outside and a soft inside. They had so many different spread flavors to choose from including mango which I've never seen before. But the main reason for five stars is that the people that work here are so friendly!

I placed an order on Thursday morning directly off oftheir website. I was careful to click on their River Vale location. The money for my sandwich was withdrawn immediately from my bank account. When I arrived to pick up the sandwich 20 minutes later, they had nothing ready for me. They said that no orders were placed through their system, and when they are, the owner calls the store and gives the go-ahead to make the sandwich. The counter worker claimed that nothing came through the system on her end, and her boss never called her to make the sandwich and that maybe I had chosen their Northvale location, which I didn't. I pulled up my bank account to show her that I had indeed paid. She said that people come in all the time claiming they paid just to get free food ! She made me the sandwich but told me not to use their online order system. That said, I will never patronize this business ever again. It seems to me that the owner of Wally Bagel Nosh has some sort of scam he's playing with online orders.

Did an order on Too Good to Go, went in the designated pickup time and the lady in the shop had all the doors locked and told me to go away. Why participate in this zero waste program if you're not going to actually participate? Lost out on a little bit of money, I'm sure their food is alright, but I'm not gonna come here to find out anymore. Adam's Bagels is right around the corner and was far more welcoming.

I don’t think it’s an outrageous request to ask for bacon cooked well done but it’s like they don’t know what that means….every.single.time…I honestly don’t know why I keep going back
