Food was good but service was the worst. Should be called Bozzo's. Waiter was terrible. 1/2 hr to get drinks after order placed, 1 hr to get food after order placed, leftovers thrown out (requested take home container). Mix up with bill (re-ran the bill 3 times, once with someone else's card.)

Not sure what is going besides the bartender/barmaid handling all tables in bar area and bar and maybe even service bar! So how do you get a drink? By acting like and idiot from Wonderama and waving your hands frantically! Geez and then the food if and when it finally arrives is pretty horrible and not what you ordered after the wait staff passed several dishes in your face for others. Seriously? Where is the management? Tried over and over again to give it chances but never gets better. Also TVs have Fox News and related junk -it's Saturday put on College Football but that fell on deaf ears because the bartender said 'to have patience' REALLY????? Uggh done done done

This, restaurant was originally Vale Bar and Grill which was okay. But, they had changed owners and the restaurant is completely different. The service is amazing, food was good. The restaurant could be casual or formal. The menu is a nice size and have a nice assortment of drinks for the adult crowd. There was no wait when I went, but by the time I left around 8:30 it was packed. The bar as far as I know has TVs and bartenders for any of your needs. But, great overall experience for anyone looking for a nice meal with friends or family.

First I will say, if you can tolerate awful service and other oddities, the food is good. That being said, when your server tells you there's only 1 flavor of iced tea and then doesn't bring it until you have to ask about 30 mins. later to find "I told him there's no iced tea," then you have to go find them for a 2nd round of alcoholic drinks, then you hear them say there are no tea bags left and he doesn't think the coffee maker is working and finally watch him smell the creamer before putting it on the table at dessert, there's a problem! The restaurant was not crowded, however, it was not empty either, but there were only 2 servers and 1 bus person available so it was a long evening. It is really too bad because the food is good.

I never leave a review. But this was our first time here. It was not crowded in the least. Service was atrocious. We ordered our apps- got them- and then we were forgotten about. We had to flag down the waiter to order our food. The table next to us waited an hour for apps to be delivered. The apps were good but then the food finally came out ( an hour and a half later) there was soooo much salt it was horrendous. They told us they would take off one round of drinks, but that didn't happen and I just couldn't wait another 1/2 hour for them to resolve that. Suffice to say we will not be returning.

Zozo's restaurant is a great place to host any event! We were there to celebrate a birthday recently and the staff was knowledgeable, the food looked amazing and the entire restaurant was clean and open. It is a great venue and we hope to come back soon!

Came here to celebrate my twin nieces baptism, the food here is really good. We were able to have calamari and eggplant as appetizers. The calamari was amazing, not oily but fried perfectly. The eggplant was hearty and definitely worth getting as well. When it came to our entrees I ended up ordering the chicken francaise, I personally think it was a bit oily for my taste but my wife said it was good. I was able to try the salmon and that was cooked to perfection, the salmon had a nice crust to it. The staff here was very quick with our orders, overall great experience will come back here again.
Came here for a wedding rehearsal, had a section of the place just for our family and friends. Service was excellent and polite, constantly keeping track of the room, keeping things tidy, accommodating for the kids. We had the bread, salad and chicken Marsala with a side of chopped beans, all of which was top notch.

This place was pretty good in the past, but after our visit July 4th weekend , we must have got the B staff , as service was horrible. The place was about 80 degrees inside, i asked them to turn on the AC, after 45 minutes ,it finally started to cool down. The meals for alI 6 people were disappointing, and I was embarrased that we took new people with us, not sure what happened here, but it was an overall bad experience. Not sure we would go back again?

What a great place with good food. Finally tried this place last night after driving past it all the time. The service was very pleasant, friendly and attentive. The calamari appetizer was excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed our dinners, chicken parmigiana and shrimp rigatoni truffle. We will definitely be going back to this place very soon.
