Staff is very nice at this location. Accommodated free pretzel despite issues with the rewards system. I will be back.

I'm both happy and disappointed with this location. One because they always seem to have a little bit of everything and stocked with items other locations may be out of. However, I'm disappointed by how messy the carts and aisle are...I mean like come on guys. Please get it together!!

I bought two blouses brought them home and they didnt fit. I brought them back same day with receipt and they would not credit my credit card account. I had to take a store credit or waste my time coming back in2-3 days when the transaction showed up in their system. Everyone else is instantaneous but not target. I will never ever shop target again. It's a sham they force you to take a store credit to make you shop there. The worst.

Heard them discussing how they had found ripped clothing and returned it to the shelf anyway because they "don't give a s*** anymore". Somebody is going to buy it, only to have to drive back to return it. All because they "don't give a s**** to remove it from stock. Good to know. I suppose I have to take a better look at things before I buy them to save myself the trip.

The store says it's open until 11 p.m. but they stop letting people in last night at 10:10 when asked why the response was come back tomorrow we've been busy all day so the 30 people they were turning away proceeded to go to Target where I will do my shopping from now on.

I ordered something online for curbside pickup. So I park in the curbside pickup area and call the number that they tell you to call. Nobody answers after 7 times so I had to walk in the store and go all the way into the back to the pick up area. Wait for about 10 minutes for an associate to show up. Trillion dollar company and they can't even get the curbside pick up system correct. What a joke

Went to redeem a free pretzel. They didn't know it included Almond flavour. Found out after i showed them. Gave me the pretzel. Didn't scan the QR code. Didn't give me a napkin. Asked them for napkins - they gave me ONE - Subway napkin. Asked for another - they gave me ONE.SOMEBODY doesn't make sense and is stingey as hell >.>

WORKERS PAY LITTLE TO NO ATTENTION TO COVID PRECAUTIONS!!!! in my 15 minute visit I saw 6 people with NO masks and countless (maybe more than half) others with masks being improperly worn. No one cares about this virus in this establishment, enraged.

I picked up a $50.00 eShop card for the Nintendo account and I have a $25.00 Walmart gift card. Go to those quick check out areas, scan eShop card, then scan gift card. Message comes up that I've exceeded gift card limit. Huh? Just take $25.00 from an item scanned. You can't scan a coupon before purchasing any item. I've never seen/encountered this problem anywhere else even when using codes/coupons/gift cards online. Cancelled "ITEMS IN CART" and "Waiting for assistance" message came up. No one arrived. I left.

Just came from this Riverdale Walmart and witnessed THE most irresponsible behavior and policy I've ever seen. Seriously? You have someone taking receipts at the exit, checking them and then handing them back to the customer? In a freaking pandemic? How many receipts has that person touched, then passed all those germs along to everyone. Nice to know you value a frigging 15 dollar plant someone might walk off with over the health of your customers and employees. How infuriating and irresponsible. Oh - and while I'm at it your pharmacy sucks too.

We were searching for a bike for our daughter, most places are completely sold out due to Covid. We went to the Riverdale NJ location, as the website said that they had 6 bikes in inventory- so we thought it was worth the trip! We ran into a store associate- MARY! She was absolutely AMAZING! Went above and beyond- contacted us when the bike we were looking for came in, and then even was able to location a few more items that I needed for my parents. She was an absolute pleasure and WOW! Talk about customer service! I cannot even explain the sheer pleasure it was to deal with her and hope amazingly helpful she was. Trying to give her a shout out any place I can- next is an email to corporate.

I've been in this particular Wal-Mart (Store #3443, Riverdale, NJ) many times, and service has always been ok if not exceptional. But THIS review gets 5 stars for these reasons: 1. Mateo. A young man who was working near the front door. I approached him with my problem as soon as I came in, and instead of blowing me off, he started dealing with my situation immediately and contacted the right people. 2. Daniel. One of the ASM's who came to meet me near the front right away. He took the time to listen to my needs and politely asked me to wait while he looked into it. 3. Brian. Another ASM who I had encountered on a previous day and was very helpful then too. On this particular day, he was busy and could not help (this store like many others during this crisis is understaffed), but Brian asked Daniel to resolve my problem, and Daniel did just that; very quickly and professionally. In my experience, it is rare to have to speak to several different employees about the same issue, and ALL of them be understanding, helpful and professional, Especially during these stressful times. Thanks again to Mateo, Daniel, and Brian!
