Good and bad things about this location: great parking, easily accessible and the front end staff are very sweet. They usually have a good variety of items (popular items like the shrimp cocktail are usually out of stock on weekends). However this store frequently moves items which makes shopping difficult. Even ordering ahead online, my deli items were not ready and this resulted in the deli staff engaging in a super unprofessional fight in front of me. This store was built over 20 years ago and it shows, some areas of the store are dirty and the place needs a facelift.

I don't know why I bothered. Waited 20+minutes at the deli counter. One guy helping (and I use that word loosely) customers waiting and one guy doing somebody's catering order. When the next number called wasn't there, instead of calling on the following number, the guy went and started a phone order! While people were waiting at the counter!!! No sense of urgency to help the people waiting in front of him. This is why I keep my Costco membership.

First off the deli guys were great, Quick, competent and courteous. Next issue, When is the RX eyeglass dept ever open, Every time I go there its not open. While there today around 3:30 this announcement comes over the PA system over and over and over again for the membership dept to pick up the phone, All the while there are three women leaning on the counter yacking and having a good time, They looked like the three stooges doing their comedy act. They would have heard the announcement if they weren't so loud.

Deli department order from your mobile has been out for over a week lately even then when it works you could order it in the morning and your orders are not ready they turn it off and the people in that deli department they asked for 10 cold cuts and nobody knows how to cut them horrible place

My SO and I visit this location whenever we want to restock on things like Premier or drinks. There's always plenty of parking and somehow, we've always had the good fortune of not dealing with massive crowds, regardless of the time we visit. We use the app to make our purchase at the end of the trip, which avoids waiting in line and gets us out of the store quickly. For most of our visits, we end up hitting the deli counter and there's usually a long wait. Going forward, we plan to order those items ahead of time on the app instead of waiting. If you can't tell, I highly recommend utilizing the app to cut down on time wasted. The items we return for are always in stock and we've never had an issue with finding things in the store. Overall, I think this location is great and much less hectic than other ones we've gone to.

In 2021 when i shopped there before my membership expired, my daughter accidentally ht the "auto-renew" button at the register. We immediately went to customer service & had the rep cancel it. She said it happens a lot because of the placement of the button. Got a renew notice in the mail in oct 2021 but i'd decided not to renew. Never used the card after that membership ended. I got another renew notice in the mail at the end of sept 2022 & i saw that it said my membership was ending on 10/31/2022. Thought it was odd but threw out the mailer - i hadnt been charged & never used it anyway. Couple days later, BJ's billed my credit card $58 for the cost of renewal. Called, spoke to guy, he says theyll cancel it & the money will be refunded in 7-10 days. That didnt happen. Went to call again but checked my cc statement first & i see that BJ's HAS NOW BILLED ME OVER $117.00! Now im pissed! Call again, rep keeps putting me on hold, cant explain except to tell me that he has to report it to their "escalation dept". Im like, mgr now! Transferred me to "escalation mgr" who proceeds to tell me im being billed for 2021 & 2022! SERIOUSLY? Membership not used all that time & BJ's thinks they are going to make me wait another 10-13 days before THEY RETURN THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME????? NEVER SHOP AT BJ's - THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! AND LET ME ADD - BJ's WANTS *ME* TO PROVE THAT I WAS CHARGED OVER $117 BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN CONSIDER MY REQUEST FOR REPAYMENT OF THE MONEY THEY TOOK ILLEGALLY. AND THIS WAS AFTER THIS 'TONI' (SP?) PERSON TOLD ME I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR 2021 & 2022! SO, THEY KNEW HOW MUCH I WAS BEING CHARGED BUT WANT ME TO PROVE THAT I WAS CHARGED!

They have ample parking available. This store has always been kept clean and well maintained. They have great prices for bulk shopping. The cashiers have always been polite, friendly, and helpful. There's always great new things to see and buy.

Some genius decided it would be funny to make all of the self-checkout lines 15 or 20 items or less. Who even GOES to BJ's for less than 20 items? Dead serious, the guy who checked us out would scan an item then have a full minute's convo with staff, other customers, etc. before scanning the next item. It took forever to get out of there. Never going to that BJ's again and if they are doing this at all stores, I will be ending my membership. What a CROCK. Whatever exec thought of this asinine plan should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Reason I'm giving it two stars is because I use to work here and bj use me they give me so many hours during the holidays but once the holidays was over they give me one day a week I mean who can live off on one day a week people don't work here please
