Such a poorly run location that after 10 minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead of me I still hadn't ordered so I left. Absolutely ridiculous. 2 cars 10 minutes, they never took my order and the guy ahead of me was still waiting when I left! Never wasting my time here again. Just close!

I would give this location negative stars. I ordered a hot coffee to go and grabbed it from the counter around the side of the cup. I placed it into my cupholder in my car. When I went to lift the cup out of the cup holder by the lid, the entire coffee cup dropped out from under the lid and spilled all over my car. The lid was never fastened onto the cup properly when it was made. I have called Dunkin' Donuts customer service 4 times. They told me they would send a message to the franchise owner of this location and that they would contact me directly. I still have not heard from the franchise owner. Terrible customer service by the lack of response to even offer an apology. Just wrong on every level!

I ordered a large macchiato by using my reward. When I picked up my drink, I thought the cup wasn't the large size. But I thought that they wouldn't make such a mistake. Later I checked the size of the cup underneath and it was 24oz. It is an unbelievable mistake. I went back and asked them if the cup is the large size. They accepted their mistake and offered me to make another macchiato. However, I would not be able to drink another one. I simply did not accept. I am so disappointed that they make such a mistake. Hoping that this was not done because I used my reward to order the drink.

Lianne was very good, she toasted my bagel very well and put I nice amount of cream cheese. Bareka was very kind also she made my hot chocolate very nice and did a good ratio of whip cream and the drink. The store look very clean and then I noticed Amanda sweeping and mopping, I even complimented her on it.
Amanda is a QUEEN, Bareka gets all my orders right, and Lianne is just as fast as lightning!!!!! Track star tings! GIVE THOSE THREE GIRLS A RAISE!

Ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and cream. Was amazing. Not all the DDs make the drink taste this good. Only a few that I have been to and this is one of them. Would recommend this DD to anyone. And this place is clean given the fact that it is inside BJs.
