I just wanted to share my unusual service experience at this Dunkin. I stopped for a simple order for an iced coffee and a donut. There were only around 6 donuts in the entire display to choose from, and I don't mean varieties - I mean the actual count. I didn't have any cash on me, so I prepared to pay my $5 something bill with my phone. As he was ringing me up, he grabbed the tip jar, held it up and started shaking it at me. Ironically, there was no option to tip via the POS system, which I suppose I would have done if the option was given to me, but it wasn't. The transaction closed and he gave me my receipt, but again, he picked up the tip jar and shook it at me. After a few uncomfortable seconds of him holding up the jar and watching for my reaction, I began to look in my pockets and wallet for some change or a dollar I forgot about, but I simply reconfirmed for myself I had no cash. I was the only customer in the store, and it only took about a minute to get the coffee poured and handed to me. I wasn't given a straw and asked for one and he pointed me to a stand on the other side of the room to grab my own. He walked over to the tip jar to check it and in a terse and incredulous tone asked why I didn't tip him. I replied that I had no cash on me, but he started to raise his voice, irritated about my disclosure. I simply vacated the property instead of sitting there eating and being exposed to his vitriol. I'm not sure that aggressive tip shaming by the staff is a tactic the proprietors or Dunkin Corporate would support. So, be wary of this if you decide to stop by this location.

Not a fan, ok if u want to have the tip cup rattled at u multiple times. Tip for not getting my order right and I can't understand the person?? Pretty disappointed for the first and last time here.

Guy behind the counter kept shaking the tip cup at us and asking for a tip over and over. I usually do leave something but not because I'm being harassed. Then we sat down to let the kids eat their donuts and this dude goes in the bathroom and starts singing/screaming. We got up and left and saw him looking around for us. Creepy. Won't go back

Service is awful. Stopped in to grab breakfast on my way to work at 5:40 AM, and the only employee there was praying with his back to the counter, not acknowledging customer. No time to wait for employees to finish their personal business. There are two convenience stores within 100 yards, so I will never go there on the way to work again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I have to come to this location it’s a 30 minute affair. Even when I mobile order ahead. They don’t say hello, don’t say “give I’ll be with you in one second.” Customers walk out from waiting to long and they don’t care. Worst Dunkin ever.

Don’t come here, the guy working (Monyell) was very rude, impatient, unprofessional, and UNSANITARY. He took my order and threw the receipt at me. When he started making my food, he was sneezing all over the kitchen area without covering his mouth and was slamming whatever equipment he touched like he didn’t want to be there. When I checked my order, the bacon was burnt black. It wasn’t even a busy time, I was the only customer at the time so there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. As I was sitting at one of the tables the guy was sweeping the floors, literally right under my feet, and all around the table I was sitting at. I understand that they need to clean. But not at the time when you are sitting at the table.
And also why would someone put a note on the alarm panel that states does not work.

The guy at the counter literally threw the tip jar at me when I did not put the change in there. I actually needed my quarter for something else but it is not his business. You cannot force tipping. Will never be back to that location.

Please don’t go here in the morning. Their computer screen for deals does not work and they do not know English enough to help you or take orders.

It's a D&D. This one seems to be understaffed and slowwww. Last visit poor counter girl was alone and we were 6 deep in line. She got the drinks as fast as 1 peron could. She had to yell for help. Older guy finally arrived. Not to speedy or helpful to his coworker.
