If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I have to come to this location it’s a 30 minute affair. Even when I mobile order ahead. They don’t say hello, don’t say “give I’ll be with you in one second.” Customers walk out from waiting to long and they don’t care. Worst Dunkin ever.

Don’t come here, the guy working (Monyell) was very rude, impatient, unprofessional, and UNSANITARY. He took my order and threw the receipt at me. When he started making my food, he was sneezing all over the kitchen area without covering his mouth and was slamming whatever equipment he touched like he didn’t want to be there. When I checked my order, the bacon was burnt black. It wasn’t even a busy time, I was the only customer at the time so there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. As I was sitting at one of the tables the guy was sweeping the floors, literally right under my feet, and all around the table I was sitting at. I understand that they need to clean. But not at the time when you are sitting at the table. And also why would someone put a note on the alarm panel that states does not work.

The guy at the counter literally threw the tip jar at me when I did not put the change in there. I actually needed my quarter for something else but it is not his business. You cannot force tipping. Will never be back to that location.

Very poor parking and configuration of the parking lot.
It's a D&D. This one seems to be understaffed and slowwww. Last visit poor counter girl was alone and we were 6 deep in line. She got the drinks as fast as 1 peron could. She had to yell for help. Older guy finally arrived. Not to speedy or helpful to his coworker.

Average Dunkin in a convenient area. Nothing special about it. If you have to stop, it’s not a waste of your time but it will be your usual Dunkin experience. They did have a pretty clean bathroom invite that to them

this store refused to give me and my friends food because the place “was packed”, meanwhile the store was empty. We tried again and he still refused. Terrible customer service. I hate this man. Despite the food the man in the store was so rude, almost making me break down. I don’t know the reason why he was doing this but he needs to learn his lesson. This is not the first time this has happened. When my friends and I tried to order food again after already ordering he said, and I quote “Ugh this again” This man has glasses and has a beard and acne, and has a chubby face and body.This is making me want to stop coming to this specific location or maybe even dunkin all together.SOMEONE GET THIS MAN FIRED!!
