It's a D&D. This one seems to be understaffed and slowwww. Last visit poor counter girl was alone and we were 6 deep in line. She got the drinks as fast as 1 peron could. She had to yell for help. Older guy finally arrived. Not to speedy or helpful to his coworker.

Average Dunkin in a convenient area. Nothing special about it. If you have to stop, it’s not a waste of your time but it will be your usual Dunkin experience. They did have a pretty clean bathroom invite that to them

this store refused to give me and my friends food because the place “was packed”, meanwhile the store was empty. We tried again and he still refused. Terrible customer service. I hate this man. Despite the food the man in the store was so rude, almost making me break down. I don’t know the reason why he was doing this but he needs to learn his lesson. This is not the first time this has happened. When my friends and I tried to order food again after already ordering he said, and I quote “Ugh this again” This man has glasses and has a beard and acne, and has a chubby face and body.This is making me want to stop coming to this specific location or maybe even dunkin all together.SOMEONE GET THIS MAN FIRED!!

Not the first time I've been to this one. But every time I'm disappointed. ... Went there at 6pm to grab a quick bite to eat and a coffee, since there is no where else close around and I was starving. Turns out they had already turned the ovens off and threw away all the donuts....Ummm you still have 2 hours before you close... not like I walked in there at 7:55... Plus the coffee ended up being burnt Beautiful .... Not normally one to complain , maybe I'm just hangry but come on...

The young man at the register was very rude and disgusting. Asked for assorted munchkins and forced us to buy the prepackaged ones. Also, I wanted a butter pecan latte and tried to use a premium sip reward not realizing that it wouldn’t work and he said “do you not know what a premium sip is? Read the fine print”. I indeed know what a premium sip is I just redeemed the wrong reward without realizing… no need to make a customer feel dumb and then force them to buy something they don’t want.

Came today after takin my son to the nat allergiy solutions opposite.I got a cheese n ham stuffed croissant, my son got has browns, the guy serving was v lackluster.Got in car n took a bit n it was cold, like not warm, cold!! Had to get my son back to school 45 mins away so didn't have time to go in asked my 5 in yr son of his hb's were hot when got into highway, n he said no, just a lil bit warmLike ALL YOUR JOB REQUIRES IS TO HEAT UP FOOD AND YOU CANT DO THAT!! REDIC

This place is literally the go to spot for my girlfriend and I. The service is excellent, especially when you treat the employees like HUMANS, unlike some of y’all in these reviews. Keep it up Dunkin’!!

I love this dunkin I come here all the time. But theres this one guy with glasses who has no respect for people. Hes just extremely rude and definitely needs to be fired asap. All other employees are so kind and do their work properly.
Young girls were just sitting around playing on their cell phone and all the tables and chairs were all dirty You have to clean them to sit down.

My favorite dunkin, just a great place to sit and relax in the morning. The staff are awesome and friendly and i never worry about my order being wrong. Just a friendly atmosphere that lets me relax and enjoy my morning.
