We came here after another restaurant that was suggested to us for Mexican food was closed. The place wasn't packed or loud, but it seemed very clean. The server wasn't too talkative but very friendly. I ordered the Chimichanga, and my lady love ordered the Taco/Enchilada/Chili Relleno combination platter. The beans were really good. Chimichangas were good, as was her combo platter, but could probably use just a hint of spice for a bit of a wow factor. All in all, not bad. A good little spot for a bite to eat, and talk. Price wise, it was about average. Not too expensive. I'd like to come back and sit outside when the weather warms up.

The food tasted ok. The restaurant caterer "NoMexicans" because I got tostadas with side of rice and beans. ? and albondigas "soup"as appetizer. ?. If you know authentic, I'm sure you are making the same face I did.

Our waiter Benny was one of a kind, it's not easy being a server, we both were very impressed for an excellent service he provided with good manners, smiley face and very friendly, it was delicious appetizers and food...Highly recommended if you're into Mexican food!!!

Got take out and as soon as I saw the chorizo I knew it was authentic. Great quality food and sauces may be a little spicy for some but will for sure be coming back.
Lord give me strength. Never have I ever. This place was recommended by a friend, whose opinion is valued. I kid you not, our waiter took our order 6 times! Nothing was complicated, the only thing I asked was that my 9 year old’s hard shell tacos have cheese only. The “kicker” is that I am fluent in Spanish and placed the order in Spanish as our waiter spoke to me in Spanish. The waiter returned to our table and brought back entrees that were no way close to the entrees we ordered. It is important to mention we were the only table there on a Saturday night. By the time we left, we were one of three tables. We vented our frustration to the only other waiter who made our drinks. He told me the waiter who served us was not new and that we would not be charged. I will say the appetizers were good but can’t say anything about the rest. Needless to say, we will NOT return.

Do not hesitate to try this place. I have dined all over NJ in search of authentic Mexican and here it is. I'm so mad I waited so long to try this place. The food was beyond amazing..freshness, portion size, authenticity- I felt like I was back in Mexico when in the past when I vacationed I would reserve private in home cooking meals to experience true Mexican cuisine. This is our new staple spot!
