The employee not wearing a Starbucks uniform and a sweater that said Nicole on the back was being extremely abrasive and rude to the employees that were on shift with her while continuing to have a very loud and personal conversation about deserving the management position. The employees were training and were clearly overwhelmed by her unprofessional behavior. She made me uncomfortable as well as other patrons in the store who also voiced how unprofessional her behavior was. Although the location was busy and there was a small queue, it was her negative attitude towards the staff and indifference to the customers around her. Her behavior was the largest hindrance to the service. The cashier and barista were pleasant and we felt so bad for what they were enduring in front of all of us.

The young people working at this Starbucks were very composed despite the long line. They were very polite and working quickly to provide excellent service. Kudos to you all and many thanks for the delicious coffee!!!

Service here can be hit or miss but usually a good experience - glad to have a SB close to home. Barista Taylor should be recognized. I travel often and regularly visit Starbucks all over the place. She is the hardest working, most diligent, efficient Starbucks employee I have seen!

Nick is always so kind and polite. Anytime he is the cashier he always makes sure to tell me to have a great day and asks me how I am. Sweetest worker ever :)

I'm not sure if the person was new but they were very hard to understand (language barrier) didn't even know how to take orders, only put cream in my coffee when I said light and sweet, and then charged me for a cake pop and the Velvet loaf and I only received the Velvet loaf. Will not be coming back to this location again. Very dissatisfied.

Out of all the Starbucks I've been to this is the worst, and I've been to a couple. I ordered a HOT pistachio latte and it came lukewarm. I also ordered a iced white chocolate mocha and all they gave me was a plain coffee with one touch of milk. Not to mention the poor customer service for 13$ I would expect a better experience. They weren’t wearing gloves.DONT COME HERE. Go to the other one down route 23 by budnt cakes.

Worst Starbucks ever. First of all the lady had a rude attitude and had no gloves on. My father ordered a hot latte and they gave him a lukewarm latte. And I order a iced white chocolate mocha and it was just coffee and milk. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

I am a fellow barista of 7 years so let me say its very sad for me to write this but I need to let people know how bad my experience was at this target Starbucks and how much these employees need to be retrained as baristas, every single one of my drinks was made incorrectly. They don’t make things to Starbucks standards; not shaking refreshers and cramming everything into one cup for the frappucinos before blending it all together. No employee was in uniform; no hats or aprons. All the employees were too concerned with each others conversations instead of focusing on the task at hand. I understand working shoulder to shoulder with one another builds strong bonds but theres a time and a place. There was a flat bed with trash sitting out in the lobby, super unappealing to the eye. I am heart broken to be writing this but if it can make the quality of the drinks and the customer service better then that would be a dream. People are spending A TON of money on these drinks, guys, the least you can do it make them correctly. Shake your teas and make your frappucinos correctly.
