Great with sports fundraising always our best fundraiser the cheesecakes are great even out of the freezer
Delicious cheesecakes. Every bite I take reminds me of my childhood
Same story as the rest of the reviews.. My sons school was promised cheesecakes before Thanksgiving, then changed to the Monday after Thanksgiving. Come Monday it was cancelled again saying it was due to quality not meeting their standards?? whatever that means. Then said Dec 19 will be delivered. Well Guess What!! Today Dec 19 his school posted they will not be receiving the order due to equipment issues. So we are now getting refunded by the school. What is going on with this company?? How many excuses? I WILL NEVER buy if I see the name cinderella cheesecake on the form from any school.
Was told cheesecakes were coming in by Thanksgiving and never came. Gave us a new delivery date and that changed. Then told us the delivery would be here on the 17th between 5-6; never showed. Get a call at 7pm to let us know we may have the cheesecakes on the 21 but they cannot promise that. Please do not do a fundraiser with them; several schools and organizations have lost out
Fundraiser cheesecake did not come in time for Thanksgiving as it was supposed to. Thank God I had planned to make a pie so we still had that. Don't use this company for fundraising if they even ever open again. Waste of time. Hope y'all go out of business. What a bad look for NJ. Now all this press about the cheer team losing their fundraiser too, such a bad look for our area. Hope you don't reopen and you BETTER be issuing refunds to these people!
When the parents were involved with the company my church did fundraisers for the kids of the church after the parents gave the company to their children the business is horrible...ive been doing this 10yrs or more and never had an issue with delivery...they never showed for thanksgiving then promised the next day nothing and then a 3rd day still no delivery...the church rented a refrigerated truck and stated they woul load the cakes. Cinderella company made a million excuses for the church not to come.
Overpriced and bland. I think if you're selling cheesecakes for a fundraiser you could choose to sell a decent tasting one instead of these. Wouldn't recommend for even half the price.
My school district home and school association used Cinderella Cheesecake multiple times over the years. But, their customer service has let us down again and again. This year, they let us know just an hour before the cakes were to be delivered that they will not be able to fulfill the order—so no cheesecakes in time for Thanksgiving. We rescheduled for today (12/17), and, this time, no delivery. When they finally called back, hours after the scheduled delivery, the woman was not even apologetic. Cinderella Cheesecake doesn’t seem to realize that many families have been disappointed; moreover, they don’t seem to care that the H&S will miss the few hundred dollars from this failed fundraising effort. Even worse, many volunteers lost a lot of time waiting for and dealing with this company. Frustration and disappointment all around. Find another supplier, there are other choices!
My Granddaughter had a fundraiser for cheerleading we sold a lot of chescakes this was in October delivery was suppose to be before thanksgiving then something happen to their trucks and weren’t delivered gave us new date Dec, 18th between 630 pm pick up at gym got a call at 530 pm no. Delivery these pies weren’t cheap they won’t give all money back due to a 60.00 to cover mandatory buy out God knows what that is this company needs to talk care of this fundraiser now these girls and parents worked hard selling these pies for the cheer team I feel that the media should be called to help us out with this these pies Are 24.00 each hundreds of dollars were collected Action news will be getting involved with this big problem to help these young girls out.

We ordered cheesecakes for a fundraiser back in October. They were promised to be in by Thanksgiving. The day of delivery our organization was notified they wouldn’t be in. I emailed the company personally to see what was going on. Roy emailed me back and told me there was an issue with the mix and they didn’t want people getting sick. They had their legal team involved and everything according to the email! Well he stated he promised they would be ready by the 10th. When the organization got an update they were told we could pick up the cheesecakes the 13th of December. Then shortly after we were notified the date changed to the 17th, today. Well today most of our parents showed up to pick up cheesecakes at 6:45 and the company never showed. They had a cell number for someone and called her. She kept ignoring the call and sending it to voicemail! Then a few minutes after 6:45 she finally called back or answered and told us they weren’t coming today because of a family emergency! They told us we would have them by Friday! Completely unprofessional! Worst customer service ever and I have worked in the customer service industry for 16+ years and have never seen a company handle things so terribly! They clearly don’t care about their customers and they will never get a single penny of my money ever again! Don’t waste your time fundraising with them!
Don't deliver when promised
Squelched on all the fundraising orders and kept everyone hanging. Way to go. A model of how to run yourself out of business. Nice going
Just recently found out they are closed and will not be fulfilling any orders.
Check the reviews on line before your school gets involved with a cheesecake fundraiser from Cinderella cheesecakes. They sell them so as to be in time for Thanksgiving. They came late last year, and the sampler cheesecakes did not come at all. This year, they were not delivered for Thanksgiving, and the schools were notified of this just a few days before Thanksgiving. People involved in this as a fundraiser take days off of work to organize and deliver the cakes. Now they will be running around delivering refunds to disgruntled friends and co-workers, and they in turn will be running to the grocery store looking for something to replace the cheesecake with. This happened at numerous schools in NJ. They are about average quality anyway. (If you can get one to try)
