I love this space more than anything!!!! Very coffee shop aesthetic and the coffee is great too. Staff is super nice and the coffee/tea selections are great. The pastries are okay but coffee/tea are the best.

This location is a rip off.
My order comes to between $4 and $5.00 for all other Dunkin locations, and my order came to over $6.00.

Man oh man, had to repeat my order like 5 times and they still got it wrong, didn’t even use the tissue to grab the donuts, the staff here seems unstable or just lost in a fog, can’t do it again why is this place this dysfunctional I don’t get it, shut it down.

My friend and I were going to this location in the evenings and in the beginning it was great because there is this nice woman named Rajni working there, and her customer service was wonderful, very friendly. The coffee was always made perfectly, but then she changed her shift from evening to morning hours. Now the reason I stopped going there because there is a young male employee there that is loud, obnoxious, gives horrible service,can’t make coffee and talks about the customers, so my friend and I are never going back there, so that is the reason for the one star. For Rajni, I give her 10 stars.

Very awful attitudes and slow service. I've ordered here multiple times and everytime is worse than the last. I'm never mean or nasty, in fact, I order over the app so I can assure that my food is done on time. But it's always 20 minute wait times for a coffee (with no one in the restaurant). I really wanted to give this place a chance because it's right next to my job but I just can't. If you order over the app they make you guess when your food is ready. I was told I should ask if my food is done and not just wait until they call my name, and then even when I do that they give me attitude because I'm being too pushy... i just don't know how to win. The last time I was here I had to reach over the counter to grab my food that was ready, the lady never called or said it was ready, it was just sitting there so I grabbed it. That probably explains why everyone's food is cold here. Multiple of my coworkers have been told that service is awful here, I should've listened.

Service was absolutely horrible. The workers are so rude and messed up every single one of the coffees I asked for, and on top of it, made a rude comment about something that was asked for the coffee. All the coffee is definitely hours old too. Tasted disgusting! How does someone mess up easy coffees?Never coming back again and wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money on this location ever again! The Dunkin donuts right up the road that they shut down for this location was WAY better. Coffee, service and all.

Iv used this Dunkin a few times mostly not friendly at all and 8 out of 10 times I order the same coffee even over the app they use cream when asked for milk not sure but can't even do simple even when none

Slowest service I have ever encountered, I was given the wrong order. The older female server was very unfriendly. What a shame because it is much needed in our community and it's a lovely new place with a great location but unless they work on their customer service, I don't think they will be long for this world.

This location is close to my work and I’m always need coffee or breakfast most of the time I have a long wait in drive thru even in slow time because of the bad attendance always talking without taking care about customers and sometimes the order is cold or wrong . One day afternoon around 4:30 I went to buy a coffee as usual for my colleague too I had the same plm waiting in drive thru when I she asked me what I need I complained that u guys why u make me wait all this time she screamed to you can Leave I drove thru the window but she closed it on my fase when I go to door she closed too I was waiting intel somebody coming it was a manager I told what happened he was listening to the girl and after that I thought that he s gonna punish her because customer first he did the opposite and he told me that they have the right to not serving you I was disappointed and mad

I love this location!!! New + Clean ?Management & Team really helped me in a pinch this week when I needed themed holiday treats last minute for Corporate Clients. They came through for me in a restricted time frame and I will be using them for all my client goodies throughout the year ?You need to give 48hrs notice preferably for any large custom orders and be sure to post and say THANK YOU ❣️
